Bayview House - Beautiful Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and stunning sunsets through the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview House. Observe the local wildlife including deer and a variety of birds while you sip your morning coffee. The waterfront outdoor fire pit is a perfect place to roast s’mores and relax after a day of adventures to nearby beaches, lakes, dunes and endless hiking trails. Everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal is provided in the bright and fully equipped kitchen. Memory foam topped beds, 100% cotton linens, and fluffy towels help to ensure a comfortable stay. You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! Bayview home has a beautiful outdoor area that includes a fire-pit, bench, and table. During high-tide you can Stand Up Paddle or kayak right from the back yard. There are trails that head around the bay. Wildlife including egrets, deer, and geese often visit right out back! I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the house. The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Wow! This was just like home! It was very clean and smelled amazing. There were extra blankets, a crockpot, plenty of dishes and items needed to be right at home. The Keurig had coffee and hot chocolate pods. The little office upstairs was perfect to get some work done while the family was downstairs. Everything you’d need was available from extra toothbrushes to laundry soap to shampoo. There was a little welcome package upon arrival. Seriously, this place was perfect!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is small, it had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet” even being on the corner of two streets. We had our one year old, 100 pounds baby Cane Carso puppy with us. He enjoyed setting on the mini deck “looking over” the fence at the people and cars go by. We had to pickup low flower arrangements in the house, Kain figured they were down there for him to play with! “YES”, we would stay here again when in the area. We watched a deer walk down the street in front of the house!!! The South’s from Washington “June 2025”

I had an extended stay at Trudy's place and loved every minute of it! The home has been beautifully restored, is clean, and tastefully decorated without being cluttered. The beds and couches are comfortable and it was a great place to relax. My sister and I enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage/rec room. I highly recommend staying with Trudy in North Bend!

The Cocoon cottage was such absolutely perfect, everything is so beautifully detailed and cozy. You can tell how much thought was put into everything. I really wasn’t ready to leave the next day, I only booked one night but next time I’m definitely booking more. By the time i left though, I felt rejuvenated, after taking a bath overlooking the river, sitting in the sauna in a robe, having s’mores by the fire, cooking a meal in the cozy kitchen and having tea outside while I read my book, I felt so refreshed. It’s definitely an experience we’ll never forget. Everything was also very easy to use, we were worried about starting up the sauna because we had never done it before but just following the instructions she had made it very smooth. Thank you so much for the experience! Hopefully one day we can check out the other vacation homes she has too :)

Stop looking, book this home now!!! It is worth every penny. This home is beautiful! We enjoyed everything about it. It is well kept and has everything you need. It is in a great location. Food and antique shopping within walking distance. We would definitely book this home again.❤️
