Vacation rentals with a patio in Normanville

All communication from Paul was responsive and proactive. The apartment was exactly as described, and was perfect for our needs. Amazing proximity to the beach and walking track, as well as great coffee at the end of the street on the beach. The apartment was clean and well presented, with high quality bed linen and towels for the bathroom. The kitchen was really well stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, coffee machine and milk frother, paper towel, salt and pepper, Glad Wrap, etc as well as good quality pots, pans and cooking tools. Even better were the high quality knives which were super sharp! Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The hot water for the shower and kitchen was super hot. I would highly recommend Paul's apartment and would definitely stay again the next time we are in Glenelg.

Perfect stop off along our road tripping from Perth to Melbourne after multiple days in a roof tent the sauna and jacuzzi amenities that come along with this apartment were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately the pool was out of action but the other options were thankfully still available. The property comes with parking but unfortunately our car with the roof tent didn’t meet the height requirement so this was an unexpected extra expense having to pay the street parking but not the end of the world. Otherwise the apartment was very clean and tidy and in a great location for a local wonder around. Hannah was great to deal with and answered any questions very quickly. Would happily stay again. Staying at Yun’s place was truly a highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, Yun made everything easy and comfortable. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a really peaceful vibe exactly what I needed. What really stood out was Yun’s thoughtful hospitality—she added small personal touches that made it feel more like staying at home than just a rental.

Loved my six-night stay! So close to walk to restaurants, the beach and along the walking tracks. Beautiful place! Would definitely recommend.

We had a great 3 night stay in Roger’s Airbnb. The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and washer-dryer were great amenities to have. The location made it easy to get around either by walking (i.e central markets were less than 1km away) or by car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Adelaide!

We loved our stay here! So close to the beach, a quiet area and off street parking. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen had everything you need to cook delicious food. I loved the small details like the Sheridan bed linen, Delonghi appliances and deck chairs to sit outside. We have a little one who loved crawling around outside, so having a small back garden was nice to have too. Tiffany was great and very accommodating. We hope to stay here again ☺️

This was my 2nd stay at this property within the month. Well located, easy to access, amazing and responsive host, and modern apartment with balcony. It is walking distance to some nice restaurants and cafes. Property has everything you need for the stay- clean, tidy, and kitchen has everything you need for stay. Will be looking out for this apartment in my future travels and stay in Adelaide.

Such a beautiful house and location, all the amenities you need plus a huge outdoor area for entertaining and backyard. Super private and quiet. We will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. A short walk to the beach too.

Kestrel's Nest is amazing. The house is fabulous and the environment is incredible. What more is there to say.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Julie's cottage! It's in such a peaceful location waking up to kangaroos and a variety of native birds in the surrounds. We walked into a warm cosy cabin filled with character and instantly settled into the relaxing space. The fireplace was already set up for us with a generous amount of firewood for the stay. Complimentary breakfast and french press coffee was enjoyed. Julie was a very hospitable host with great communication and ensured our stay was a pleasant one. We would highly recommend it for a getaway!

It was a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful. My kids loved the garden, especially the fire pit.

My friends and I (group of 6 people) really enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday. The space was beautifully curated and super comfortable with lots of spaces for us to sit and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, as well as having plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We also found it close to the vineyards and the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a work trip and it was exceptional. The house was in excellent condition, comfortable and a great place to relax after a busy day workshopping with the team. We would highly recommend staying here again. SA Stays were a great host and were very responsive with any questions we had leading up to the trip. With different team members staying in one house it was great having the extra space where everyone could have some alone time if it was needed. Having enough bedrooms to cater for everyone was a big hit. Definitely a must stay for anyone heading to Aldinga in a larger group. 5-stars!

The apartment has gorgeous views with peaceful natural surroundings. The huge balcony is superb and a great spot to relax and soak up the environment. It is well appointed and the additional snacks and pantry items are a real bonus. The kids loved the toys and treats provided. Alison was a fantastic host with helpful local recommendations and was always very responsive. Would definitely consider staying again the next time we visit the area.

The house had everything and more than what you would have in your own home. The fridge included cheese and ham with crossiants on arrival. Kitchen was well stocked and it was great we didn’t have to rush out and get the basics straight away.
