Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Normandy Park

We rent d Alexander’s for two night so some girls and I could get away for some relaxation to recharge. It was perfect! Just as pictured, cozy, beautiful and just what we were looking for. It was very well decorated and had everything we needed. Alex sent everything over we need proactively and was quick to answer questions too. I’d definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here for several months while our house was being renovated. The space was perfect for what we needed and we had a great time! It was quite comfortable and actually bigger than we were expecting. The neighborhood was quiet and had great views and shopping/restaurants nearby. Liz and Craig were excellent hosts! They were very quick to respond to any issues and were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed getting to know them! (The unit still does feel private.) And last but not least, they have a lovely pair of pets, and were very accommodating of ours :).

The house was just as advertised and was clean and comfortable. The furnishing were very nice and the location was awesome. Would highly recommended.

The photos do not lie. Very peaceful spacious accommodations. The kayaks were wonderful for a peaceful late afternoon paddle. It is true that the path to the beach is very steep and not for the faint of heart or legs. The only slight drawback is that sound carries very easily through the air ducts, so if you're in the master bedroom, you will hear what's going on downstairs. But all in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

I was so disappointed that we had to leave.😢 The house was beautiful with a great view. Lots of room (we had nine people). The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet for a great sleep. The house had all the newest equipment 😁. It took a while to figure out how the shower worked, but once I figured out what all the knobs did, it was the best. It even told me the temperature of the water and how long I had been in! The fridge had a screen. We didn’t try to see what it was for, but my grandson liked looking at the photos on it. We didn’t try any of the other appliances. Thao goes way above and beyond! There was name brand body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. Snacks, Netflix, and games are also included. I can only think of one problem. No other Airbnb or host will come close to matching our experience with this stay. I would definitely recommend this host. We loved the house and were sad to leave

Our family of 4 enjoyed this house as our “home base” while exploring Seattle and surrounding areas. Very comfortable and a convenient distance from the airport. Air traffic was more noticeable some days more than others but surprisingly it never really bothered us, especially inside. We would absolutely stay here again.

Victorias place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The Captains Quarters are a must stay place if you’re in long branch/lakebay. It felt like we were truly a captain of a ship, especially since the view was absolutely amazing. Victoria was so responsive, kind, and gave local recommendations. The private beach is even more gorgeous than the pictures, and it felt like a getaway from home. Our only regret is that we didn’t do more on the property! Would definitely stay here again. Props to Victoria and the amazing space!

Perfect place to recover after surgery. The variety of places to sit and relax was excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook including good quality knives and cookware (much better than many other places I've stayed). Lots of thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs, outdoor blankets, binoculars to watch birds and boats, extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive to a couple of special needs and we enjoyed the baked goods they provided. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants or grocery stores which was fine for us. It was perfect for rest and relaxation.

Our family came to visit us in north Kitsap and we appreciated the clean and quiet accommodations between Kingston and Port Gamble. They enjoyed the nearby day trips to Point No Point lighthouse and beach, Port Gamble’s quaint downtown and White Horse Golf Course. The beach access was a plus, but the kayaks available were a little far from the beach - a series of steps, etc. so we passed on that. We were able to use the firewood that the host provided at the beach, so we were very happy with the experience we had. All-in-all, a lovely spot to stay!

The apartment looks on onto the lake and it was very nice to sit out on the patio watching sea planes and boaters. The interior was comfortable, stylish, and very clean. I felt the mattress was quite comfortable. Easy parking right out front. While the apartment is on a busy road, it was not disruptive and it didn't bother us at all during the night. The communication was great and proactive. I would definitely stay here again!

Thomas's location was perfect for our weekend trip. The apartment was not just what we needed; it felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, and we felt comfortable. Thomas was a great host. He communicated that the apartment was ready for us when we arrived and that we could check in earlier than the usual check-in time. We did not meet the first day we arrived, but he came down to introduce himself the next morning, and we had a friendly chat to discuss our plans for our visit to the area. This location is ideal for anyone who plans to visit the city to attend any events held at T-Mobile Park or Lumen Field, as the routes to the area are simple and easy to get to. Plus, it is a good location to get to downtown Seattle or Bellevue, with easy access to major roadways. I will consider Thomas's location again for future travels to Seattle.

We hit the jackpot with this stay. My father in law was at UWMC and Debbie’s beautiful home was blocks away. We did not need to rent a car. Took the light rail from SeaTac to University station and walked to and from the hospital. Debbie was an excellent host. Very responsive to my communication and made us feel at home. The apartment is beautiful. Had all the amenities of home. I definitely recommend!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot in the woods! Easy to drive into town and to spots to explore around the island, and a comfortable retreat to come back to with a campfire at the end of the day.

Though previous guest lost 2 canoe, the host informed me the situation. The place let us forget the pity and we really had great time.

A great spot close to the lake to enjoy a quiet retreat! Also close to both Issaquah and Bellevue. Paul was responsive and the place was really nice.

If you want a location that gives you the sense of seclusion and provides you with great amenities to relax and unwind, then this is it. With two younger kids the bunk beds on the upper level were perfect and the king bed on the lower level was comfortable. The house was clean and had what you need to make for an easy stay. The hot tub was a hit, and the there are plenty of water craft options to enjoy the lake. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

We had an amazing time. We truly felt right at home. It was a beautiful area, and super cute cabin. We enjoyed every second of our stay! We hope to stay here again someday! We were lucky enough to see orca whales in the water everyday. The beautiful view of the mountain was also an extra treat. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
