A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The beach and town centre are just 5 minutes walk, giving you access to all the delights Cromer has to offer in summer and winter. The coastal walks offer some spectacular views and we do accept 1 well behaved dog so you can bring your furry companion.
