Great spot right next to the bus station and a short walk into the city centre.

Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent Stay in a Cozy Double Room I had a wonderful stay in (Yugo) spotless double room with an ensuite. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-stocked. The room had great amenities like a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, with walking distance to city center. with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. [Yugo staff] was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

The stay was perfect in every possible way, great team and the place was exactly as described. Only downside was the lack of a free car park but wasn’t anything that affected my stay.

Nice room in a very convenient place. Pity it is only available for students, during the summer holidays could well admit more people.

Great location right next to the bus station which was useful for me and a very short walk into the city centre. The room was very spacious and a good ensuite. The only drawback was that my room was on the bottom floor looking into the courtyard and it was extremely dark and I had to have the light on any time I was in my room during the day. This did not match the pictures which shows the bright rooms with good views. Very friendly staff on reception and good facilities with a sunny roof terrace and gym. It was very expensive, costing over double what I pay in rent for my city centre flat at University but whilst I was down in Norwich for placement it was good accommodation to stay in.

A lovely stay in a bright clean apartment - a very friendly helpful neighbour (who highlighted how important it was to use the parking pass to avoid clamping!) - and a great location close to everything.

Really relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Leisure facilities really clean.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Cromer Country club. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed with our two young children and they provided two travel cots and two high chairs and even some children’s plates dishes and crockery which was really useful! The apartment was cosy if a little dated, but we understand the property is currently undergoing a renovation program. We appreciated the amenities and visited the pool, sauna etc which looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and had good quality pots and pans for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout blinds which was great. It was also useful to have toiletries provided. A smart TV would have been handy.

Chelsi is a fantastic host, so communicative, friendly and so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the forest house. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the tv in the living room is amazing and we loved the conservatory and the hot tub. The coffee and tea amenities provided were very generous and thoughtful. Chelsi provided great recommendations for places to visit and walks into the forest straight from the house. We would highly recommend staying at forest house.

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay here for my dads 70th birthday. Beautiful property, with lots of lovely little extra touches. The pool was a great hit with the young and old alike. The communication from the host was very good. Clear instructions which is what we needed as it was our first stay using Airbnb. Would definitely recommend this host and property to others. We loved the house, and immediately felt at home. Claire had thoughtfully left us some bits to eat and we felt this was a lovely touch. The house was very clean and tidy, and the addition of the garden and the sauna was great. Claire is a very responsive and helpful host. We're looking forward to our next stay at the house later in the year.

We had a great family getaway! The house was really spacious, clean and cozy. Lots of room for the kids to spread out with a huge garden to burn off all their excess energy. We grabbed fish and chips from Rav’s, ‘highly recommend’ and even managed a little canoeing at Marmont (highlight of our trip). The cottage was full of character with stylish decor and a great kitchen/diner for evening meals. A well equipped garden with a trampoline and sandpit which delighted the kids. There was also a comfy covered BBQ area great for being outdoors in the British inclement weather. Thank you Matt for a memory-making stay. We will be staying longer next time. ❤️❤️

Wow, wow wow.......What a fantastic place to stay. It felt roomy, comfortably, clean & bright. Everything was modern and the access at the rear of the garden was excellent for kayaking, boating & fishing. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit was a plus. Can highly recommend the White Horse Inn which was a 2 minute walk away in the small village.

Great cottage. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room and all of the basics covered. The Goat Shed farm shop & cafe was SO much more than we had expected - fabulous! How wonderful to see a great business thriving. Great range, gorgeous food, amazing staff who went out of their way to help us even when we needed an iron (which was not in their job description). Would recommend everything about The Goat Shed and the accommodation.

This is a beautiful house in a stunning location. The property well designed and kitted out with all mod cons (the TV in the bathroom was a very pleasant surprise). The house is bright, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout, with fantastic views over Cley marshes and the windmill. With the George and Dragon pub / restaurant on the doorstep you really don’t need to travel far for great food. If you’re looking to explore Norfolk this is a great spot to do it from as most nearby Towns are within a 30 minute drive.
