Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

The sleeping area is furnished with a spacious bed featuring multiple pillows and cotton linens. Two bedside lamps provide soft lighting. Fresh towels are neatly arranged at the foot of the bed, enhancing the well-organized appearance of the room.

You will live centrally in Hamburg with excellent connections: the subway is only 100 m away, and you can drive to the center from there in less than 10 minutes. Free parking right outside the door. Opposite there is a 24-hour McFit and a supermarket. Cafes, restaurants and shopping are easily accessible.
