Pretty clean apartment in the countryside near the city

Incl. small breakfast This property has its own entrance, is completely separated with large living/ sleeping room, private shower room + private terrace (with pretty garden furniture). With very good connections to the harbor + city center (about 20 minutes by S-Bahn), it is located in a very quiet residential area in the countryside. There is a coffee maker, kettle, dishes and a fridge (filled with the most important things for a small breakfast on the first morning) available.

A small entry area features a wooden table with two chairs, a shelf with open storage, and a lamp. Natural light streams in from the open door, which leads to the outdoor space. A few decorative items add a touch of color.

The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. 496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

In the middle of St. Pauli is our beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with dining table. In addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub, there is also a separate toilet. Since the bedrooms are located to the backyard, it is very quiet there. Nevertheless, the Reeperbahn, Davidstraße and Hans-Albers-Platz are only a few minutes' walk away. The bedrooms are bright and sunny in good weather.

Apartment is fully equipped. For your information; in unfavorable wind conditions, you can hear the highway. You can always hear something, we are also not in the village. When the windows are closed, it is very quiet.
