Hey The place is great, close to everything (beach, markets, center). The place had everything as described and Mr: Sidinei super attentive. Our stay was great.

Guilherme is very kind, we needed to reschedule more than once and he was extremely helpful. Flexibility at checkin and checkout. S. Luiz, who received us, was very friendly throughout the stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay a few days, and we're already eager to return. The view is great, 12th floor and sea view, better than the photos, our cats also loved it, they explored every corner!!! The apartment is very functional, large rooms, entrance to the balcony through the kitchen and the living room, independent, which allows for several environments. Garage closed, no repairs, perfect! The apto is great, very well located, close to the beach and on one of the main avenues. It was organized and clean, it had an equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. I really enjoyed it!

The apartment is in the best location of Atlantida, easy access. The apartment is old, but very nice and welcoming, but left a lot to be desired in the cleaning.

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!
