Highly recommended. I went with my son who is 8 years old and he made a lot of friends at the place. The house is very comfortable.

It's a wonderful place, Maurício and Debora were very kind and attentive. The house is great, super well equipped, comfortable and has a very nice and cozy space, with a great patio and located in a quiet area, great for resting, as well as presented in the listing. I highly recommend the place and for sure we'll be back to stay at the house.

The Container House is great, everything is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is great, very quiet, and there are countless options for restaurants, supermarkets, etc. that can be reached on foot. Communication with Samanta was great, she responds quickly, very attentive. The concept of the Container House is super modern, it has all the necessary comforts, the bath is wonderful. We took my father to visit, he is an older person and wanted to see what it is like to "live" in a container, and he loved it! Anyway, a super suitable house for a few days at the beach. Thank you so much, Samanta, for sharing your space with us.

Everything was wonderful, the environment, organized, clean. He was flexible at our checkout and waited for us with coffee available in the house, plus a very nice "treat" of a very tasty cornmeal cake. We'll be back for sure!

Great house! Super complete, well equipped and super well located in the condominium! Condomio with infrastructure perfect for families and children(courts, swimming pools, children's playgrounds, lake...) It is close to the beach( about 5 blocks walking). And has a support point on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas! I would own a lot of considerate!

Clean and cozy apartment. We stayed one night again in this apartment and everything was impeccable as the first time.

We spent an amazing weekend at the Chalet. Access to the place is very peaceful. Much of the road is paved and 3 km of dirt, but without many potholes. We went with a low car (onix) and it was very quiet. The chalet is close to the Restaurante do Dodô and Morro da Borússia, about 10 minutes. We have nothing to say about the structure, everything is impeccable and extremely clean. Kitchen with all the utensils for a weekend. Good quality bedding. Hydromassage for one person, working perfectly. The view is too beautiful and the place has unparalleled peace. We took our dog and she loved it and explored the place, since it's all fenced in! Anyway, we only have compliments for the Chalet and Gabriella! We will definitely be back!

We came with the expectation that it would be good, and yet it managed to exceed it. Quiet, organized place with a very pleasant atmosphere. The experience was better than we imagined! An extremely exclusive place in Tramandaí. Bringing a piece of the Rio Grande do Sul mountains to the coast. The stay in the apartment was great, the air is only in the living room but it leaves everything super cold, the house very functional and fits up to 5 people, in addition to being 1 block of the beach is close to everything but maintains the silence for not being stuck in the center of capão. Lidiane was very receptable and responded extremely fast, in addition to being very flexible with check-in and checkout times. The only negative point that does not have a washer / dryer or tank to wash the laundry, I found it bad if you spend more days or have more people in the apartment, but everything met expectations!

Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. I highly recommend it!
