Vacation rentals with beach access in Njivice

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were personally welcomed on site. Communication was simple and uncomplicated. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

The place was lovely and comfortable you feel just like home. In the kitchen there is all the necessary equipment for preparing food. The sea is less than a ten-minute walk away, and a Lidl is also very close.

We had a very nice time in Nena's apartment! The roof terrace is a dream! Nena is a very sweet and attentive host who takes time for her guests and is very helpful. She got us the parking ticket and was very helpful at check-in! We already had great communication with Ivana (Nena's daughter) when booking and everything was explained to us in detail. We also enjoyed dinner with Nena in one of her recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back, dear Nena!

The host is friendly and always eager. The location of the apartment is top. Restaurants, markets, beach within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped. Everything you needed was there. Very clean! Can only recommend it.

The accommodation is beautiful and furnished with love of detail. We felt very comfortable right away! The terrace is also an absolute highlight. Belinda was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The city center, as well as shopping and the beach, are within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

Gordana is a very kind and helpful host, available for all kind of requests and questions. The place itself is very tidy and true to the pictures close to the sea and city center.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We had a wonderful week at Lara's place. It's very close to a croatian-style beach (concrete, clean, shower, resto, sand place for kids), excellent and clean sea, the road goes close by - but it does not bother at all. There's lots to visit in the area, we like the island Krk - there the water's even better with lot's of fish for watching and snorkeling, historical towns and ruins, if you are interested in hiking - a climb to Veliky Rysnyak is a good 18-km walk up and down just in a half an hour drive. The place is enough for two adults and a kid, but if you have a kid of 14 yo and 180 cm high, consider looking for another place as the length of the sofa is too short :) Lara is a very helpful and responsible host, thank you once again!

We spent only one night passing through in this very tastefully furnished apartment with two floors. On the upper floor, we found two bedrooms and a cozy balcony. There we could have breakfast in peace the next morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the sea. The homeowner Sanja was very friendly and helpful. Although our stay was short, we highly recommend the apartment for a longer vacation.

The hosts Dragana and Dragan were really amazing. They were very hospitable, friendly and nice. They went an extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible. It was like staying with family but with total privacy. The apartment was spotless, new and very cosy. The bed is super comfortable. The outside patio offers a cosy space to enjoy your time with a glass of wine in green scenery. I would very much recommend this place and we are planning on visting again.

Our stay at Nadija and Renato's went really well. The house and its exterior are really true to the photos. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 6 adults and a baby and we all had our personal space. Nadija and Renato are very responsive and attentive hosts. There was no baby crib and Renato bought and delivered one on the day of our arrival (Sunday). We couldn't enjoy the outdoors because of the weather, but the pool is amazing! And the view, wow!!! An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Everything was as described and you had wonderful views of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was needed and very friendly.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
