Vacation rentals with beach access in Nisaki

Another fantastic stay at Anna’s studio. We were so well looked after, and the location/accommodation was perfect. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!

I booked the accommodation with my sister because of the balcony, and we were not disappointed. Dining on the balcony every day with this view was simply wonderful. You always need a car, nothing is within walking distance, but the location is still convenient and the surroundings beautiful. We'd love to come back.

It is a very spacious and modern furnished apartment In a quiet location but everything is still close We were only there 3 nights but it can be 14 nights without problems

Our stay at Angjelo’s apartment was faultless. The view is spectacular, and the flat is well equipped and clean. The instructions were clear which is always fantastic when somewhere new. Quite a few stairs to climb, but the reward is an unbeatable view; 180 degrees of beach and sea. The apartment was superb, and spotless. The hosts responded to questions within minutes, and were really helpful. Fantastic, would highly recommend, definitely book again. Quite possibly the best Airbnb we've ever booked, and we've been to lots.

Very lovable people own this magic place. They’ve been very caring with us every day. The place is absolutely amazing, you have a beautiful view on all ipsos bay and is very near to the beach bars and markets.

Very friendly family, the place is clean and you can also order traditional Albanian food delivered to your room.

We spent 10 wonderful days in Barbati. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: all kitchen utensils, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine. There was no microwave, but we cooked and heated on the stove and in the oven. What we especially liked: all windows, even balcony doors, have mosquito nets. This is a rare thing, and very useful, as there are many mosquitoes on the island. The apartment was perfectly cleaned for our arrival, in addition, in 10 days we were offered cleaning twice, as well as a change of linen and towels. The beds were very comfortable, each room had air conditioning. The apartment has a large balcony with a wonderful sea view, as well as a terrace with a dining area in the courtyard. The apartment was very quiet, the territory was very clean and well-maintained, there were flowering and fruit trees all around. The road to the beach is mountainous, but the beach is beautiful and very close, also close to the bakery, shops and restaurants. Thank you and see you again!

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! We had a terrific 2 night stay at Theo’s house. Modern, well decorated interior with great views from the balcony looking across the bay towards Corfu. Theo and his family were always available to help with questions and recommendations. Walking distance to several restaurants and markets with even greater selection a short drive away.

From before we arrived Alexandros was communicative and helpful. The house is fantastic. To arrive & have food and drink in the fridge, and other treats, felt very special. They really have thought of everything and more. I can’t get over the view. Absolutely stunning. And to hear the sea lapping up on the shore. The walk to the almost deserted beach isn’t easy but well worth it. You definitely deserve a cold drink on return! (Sturdy trainers recommended). Clearest water I’ve seen for a long while. And you have to build at least one flat pebble tower. It’s quite addictive… Star watching (& bat watching). The cats are wonderful and we grew very attached to them. Alessandros’s parents are always on hand and have lots of useful info on where to eat, and places to visit. And they are very lovely too. We only had a short 5 day break, but feel refreshed & rested (& quite toned from that hill!). Would highly recommend without any doubts. If only everywhere one booked was as good as this.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was decorated with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's place and felt very comfortable! The location right on the water is simply a dream and you can hardly believe your eyes when you wake up in the morning and look directly at the sea from the bed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on vacation. Our highlight was the SUP boards we were allowed to use to paddle on the water. Marina gave us great tips for the island and the surrounding area and her mother was always on site as a contact person. We highly recommend the place ☺️

The apartment is in a top location and decorated in style with the area. We in particular enjoyed sitting on the little balcony, watching live go on in the street below. A street musician passed one evening while the swallows would be visiting us every morning and evening. An excellent stay in a beautiful town.

5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! The place is great, equipped with everything we needed, the coffee was a life saver 😊 It's minutes on foot to the old town, we have enjoyed it very much! thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility! and for the wonderful tips to get around the city😊
