I had a wonderful stay at alpinia with my parents, brother and extended family. rupali was super responsive and yogita was constantly in touch throughout the stay. the villa itself is quite exquisite with old antique furniture which you had hardly get to see or use anymore. the local caretakers were responsive and helped us with all our queries. highly recommended if you want a quiet place slightly away from the hustle and bustle and still feel connected.

We had a truly memorable stay at Kartik’s beautiful home. It’s one of the most thoughtfully designed and aesthetically rich homes we’ve experienced with every corner reflecting care, creativity, and character. The sit-out and garden were especially enchanting, with breathtaking views all around. The surroundings invite you to explore at a gentle pace, with beautiful walks and a sense of calm that makes you breathe deeper and slower. A special mention to Kanaka Amma, a gifted cook whose meals were an absolute highlight of our stay. The home was impeccably maintained, and we felt well looked after throughout. My recent stay at Tiverton Bungalow was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Its a nice stay, we did not face any problem as such but we wished internet can be improved as the place is somewhat away from city the mobile network is also not very good otherwise a super place to hang around and have fun

The place is exactly as seen in the photos, nothing is amiss. Great location, very peaceful and lots of open spaces. We had few kids, they enjoyed the space and the unintruded space. The food was tasty and exactly as we required. Ganesh is a very friendly host and has supporting staff who are as friendly and supportive. The place is very nice made and has a very beautiful garden with lovely flowers. Ganesh has gone lengths to ensure the place is very well arranged and clean. He made sure we felt very comfortable and cozy. Definitely going to visit many more times!!

Sumin hosted us for two days and the property was beautiful and as described. Aumin helped us to arrange for an iphone charger as well as we forgot our own, he is an awesome host. We had no problems and had a very pleasant stay

highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

A beautiful pristine villa that's stunning and looks just like the pictures. I recommend staying at this place as it is the absolute best in and around Kozhikode/wayanad surroundings. This is a luxurious stay thats well maintained and has a spacious bedroom, the highlight apart from the stay is the pool that is for both adults and kids. The owner has paid great attention in maintaing and keeping the villa safe, the gates are automated (open &close) that can only be operated by the guests/owners to ensure there are no trespasses, the door have digital number locks, even watering the plants/garden is automated which is super cool. Mr Sanesh the caretaker is a gem and creates a personal atmosphere, he makes sure we are absolutely comfortable and provides key details to make our stay safe and enjoyable as possible , he even goes above and beyond his work by taking us to nearby places for our requirement. I must say I'm truly happy and will book this place again in future.

Hosted a batchelors event with my friends in the property. it was an awesome experience.Clean and big pool.Champakka tree with lots champakka.Asif arranged live barbeque at night and breakfast on our request. Very peaceful and picturesque location. The hosts Benny, Midhun & Melbin were very friendly, humble, helpful and transparent. We along with our kids really enjoyed the stay.

Me and my family had a very good time at this property. It's surrounded by lots of plants and is located amidst nature. Tea plantation is walkable distance. There are many flowering plants and trees in the property.... We had fresh paneer fruits from the tree.... We also got banana leaf to have food... Caretaker samad is a very good person... He took us around to get some jackfruits and mangoes from the tree. We also enjoyed campfire and pool area. The view from pool area is amazing. There is basic utensils like cooker pan tawa bowls cups in the kitchen We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed jackfruit hunting the most! Thanks to samad.
