This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! The view was breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty every day was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is quite private, which gave us the space to really relax and have fun without interruptions. It’s a bit of a challenge to reach the hotel because of the steep road, but trust me — it’s totally worth the effort once you get there. The cleanliness was top-notch — definitely a 5-star experience in that regard. The food was simply awesome, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. And an added bonus — Zomato delivers here too, which was super convenient and gave us even more food options to enjoy! All in all, it was the best time I’ve spent in a while. We Visited the Place for a short stay of 2 Nights. The Villa is located in an exotic location surrounded by greenery of tea garden and mountain ranges around the property. The Host Pavithra and her team were cordial to help us and helped us with our needs during our stay. The Place might be slightly far from major View points in Wayanad, but offers a perfect getaway into serene natural beauty of Kerala.

We had an memorable stay at this beautiful home. Very well maintained home and surroundings. Only concern was the approach road, which was too steep and single lane. kitchen felicility could be improved.

Our family had the most wonderful experience at this home stay. The beautiful location amidst tea plantations was just breathtaking. The cherry on the cake was the Nilgiris toy train which we could see from the window every time it chugged and passed by. My 4 year old daughter had the most wonderful time in this house. The food was really very very tasty. The property was clean and hygienic only the daily cleanliness could have been a little better. But overall it was good value for money and definitely worth staying here.

Excellent place amidst the mountains and tea estates. Property is lovely with beautiful wooden and glass interiors in bedrooms, living room, lawn. Perfect for a digital detox with no network, no wifi. Extremely calm and quiet place with no noise of vehicles, away from city hassle. All you hear 24 hrs is just birds chirping. The caretaker Rajen stood out with exceptional services and help. he cooked delicious home-cooked meals 4 times a day. Overall a place worth spending time at, would be willing to come back longer again.

I've been using Airbnb for seven years, and I can honestly say I've had the best experience so far! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the food was amazing. Located in the heart of the tea estate, I loved the peaceful walks and runs I could take in the neighborhood. The host provided excellent food, and the charming town of Kotagiri is just a short ten-minute drive away, offering even more culinary options. The road connectivity was excellent, and the overall stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again in the future.

We were a little late in checking in. Mr Suresh was waiting for us. He took us to the cottage, which had a positive vibe. The cottage has English architecture with fireplace, wooden floors, and observatory. Traditional Tamil breakfast is complimentary and dinner can be ordered. Vinnila is an excellent cook. We immensely enjoyed her cooking. Everyone is well behaved and really helpful. Highly recommend the place. Will definitely visit again.

Kripali was very responsive and available to help at all times. Her house is really great, with much needed peace, spacious front yard and great beauty around. Loved the stay here!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The location is absolutely awesome, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is stunning - beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location, look no further!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious with three bedrooms and each with balconies and bay windows. Care taker was very helpful. We took an evening walk through the tea plantation and saw bison gracing in the valley. There is also beautiful viewpoint just 400mtr from this place. We would have enjoyed the balconies if it wasnt raining. Very much recommend this place

Good place to stay especially if you're looking for privacy. Well maintained property. It's around 6-7 kms away from Ooty. So, you'll have to order food via Swiggy or Zomato since there are no restaurants nearby. Condition of the approach road for around 500ms is poor. Cupboard in one room was already filled with their things and we were unable to use it.

We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

The host was very friendly and responsive. We did a jeep ride to a nice spot and the food was also very nice. The staff were courteous and organised whatever we wanted, despite the weather. Thank you for a wonderful day.

We stayed at Arun’s place for a special occasion. The place was super clean and modern amidst the beauty of the nature. Very well thought amenities were ready when we checked in. Anil, who manages the property is on top of his hospitality game. He is a call away to guide or meet your needs. The breakfast is yummy and was very palatable to the vegetarian tastebuds. Anil guides you to the places of visit and even shares places to avoid with senior parents. Anil and Arun went above and beyond to make the special occasion memorable by presenting a customised memento. Overall, this is a must stay and is close to places of interest and towns.
