Monthly Rentals in Nilaveli

A great place to stay at Nilaveli! We loved the pool and the ocean. The place was also clean and Jensen made the check in process a breeze. Would recommend to all guests!

This was our first time visiting Sri Lanka and Nilaveli was the first stop. The rooms are immaculate, very homely and everything is clean and well maintained. The facilities at the complex are plenty. Loved the view from the balcony facing right towards the Sea ! Ghazzali was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back !

Our stay in Dutch bay was perfect from start to finish. Great communication with Kian and Janah (nothing is too much trouble). Kasthuri the housekeeper is amazing and so helpful - lovely breakfast everyday! Arshath the recommended tuk tuk driver is like having your own personal guide/driver. We met a couple who were using an App for tuk tuk trips and Arshaths fares were much better. I needed to see a doctor on our last day and Arshath arranged an appointment and brought us to the hospital. There’s really nothing more I can add, if you want a relaxing stay away from the busy tourist crowds (a short tuk tuk drive away) then this is the place.

We had a fabulous stay at Trinco House! The property is absolutely beautiful, set in a stunning location. The team were fantastic - friendly, responsive, and even helped organise a birthday cake for my mum. The food was exceptional; both the BBQ and breakfast were delicious. All in all, everything was perfect - we couldn’t fault a thing!
