There are absolutely no disadvantages to this place. The apartment is beautiful, has everything you need and is in a very good location, right next to the factory - where you will find everything you need and within walking distance to the center and Piotrkowska Street itself. Contact with Ms. Sylwia is a pure pleasure, and the feedback was almost immediate. In addition, I asked for an extension of the stay, where Ms. Sylwia agreed for an hour, despite the fact that she had the next tenants. I am delighted with the apartment and the contact with the owner. I will definitely come back here on my next visits. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Joanna’s property was lovely! It is a perfect space for a large group (7 of us) lovely and spacious and the garden was fantastic. We absolutely loved the basement and the pool table. We will absolutely be returning when we next visit warsaw and need somewhere to stop for the night. Thank you Joanna for a wonderful stay!

I was looking for a quiet place with my husband and dog for New Year's Eve and definitely found it. The neighborhood is very quiet, in the morning we are greeted by the sunrise over the fields. The cottage itself is in a good location, easy to get to. Despite the cold, the cottage could be kept at a comfortable temperature. Inside, the cottage was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The contact with the owner was very good. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
