We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laigh Letterpin Lodge. We had many peaceful nights in the hot tub with spectacular farm views. The lodge itself is very private and secluded. Laigh Letterpin Lodge is very well thought out and was spotless on arrival. Everything exceed our expectations. Would definitely recommend to people who like peaceful weekend breaks.

Such a beautiful location and place to stay. David couldn’t have been more helpful and was always happy to light the fire for the hot tub so it was ready for us getting back. Would highly recommend as a place to be able to switch off completely. Couldn’t fault it as all.

We had a fabulous stay at the lodge. It was as described, super clean and beaitifully decorated. The hot tub was the highlight, as well as being able to watch the cows and sheep go about their day in the field behind. The lodge is in a wonderful location to explore different towns along the south of Scotland. The nearby farm shop is one to try for some yummy delights. All in all we had a wonderful, relaxing stay made all the better by the lodge. We would love to stay again and hope we get the chance to again! Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay, exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our time away. Hot tub was easy to use and such a nice way to wind down at the end of the day whilst listening to the birds.

Me, my partner and my dog stayed for 2 nights. Sarah and Mark were brilliant hosts and the pod was exactly as described. Can’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!

We had a really enjoyable stay. It's a large, comfortable, warm and well equipped property in a fantastic location. We liked that there are walks to Kippford and Rockliffe from the front door and mountain biking in Dalbeattie Forest and wild swimming in Barean Loch are very close by. The best part, though, was the front deck, which was a sun trap even at the end of March, and from it we watched the Red Squirrels, Deer, Crossbills, Woodpeckers and lots of other Birdlife.

Perfect location for the surrounding area, including Forest of Mabie and Ae. We were a family of four, children 10 and 8. Short distance to Dumfries town centre which has selection of bars and food places. The cabin was rustic and unique, we found it very cosy and provided us with everything we needed. Kevin and Shirin were very friendly and responsive, they provided us with local history and information on things to do around us. The children enjoyed exploring in the woods behind the cabin and playing on grass area at the front of cabin. We definitely recommend staying here and would return.

This is a lovely cabin in a beautiful location - we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of cooking basics provided too. Cabin is lovely and clean, with very comfortable beds. looking forward to staying again in the future.

We had a lovely stay, the place is absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The views are incredible and falling asleep to the sound of the stream was heaven. The photos really don’t do this place justice. Lucy the host was super responsive and others we met that worked on the farm were also really nice and helpful. Already hoping to return! The little town is a short drive away and has some nice spots for food. It’s a really good location. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

had a lovely weekend break away at judys cabin situated in a lovely peaceful park not to far from neighbouring town moffat a lovely place to visit with a local pubs and great food judys cabin is very spacious lovely comfy beds very clean and tidy there was a welcome package of luxurious biscuits,milk,tea,coffee very nice when you've had a bit of a drive would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends 10/10

Lovely place to stay, had everything you need. Beautiful surroundings. Plenty of info on places to go. Kam telephoned on our arrival to make sure all was ok and give advise re how to use heating etc . Loved the tasty shortbread and a nice cuppa on arrival from welcome pack. Thoroughly enjoyed clean cosy home from home. Lovely to see all the nature around us. Rabbits, Birds, cattle and horses were entertaining to watch. Especially the check in from the little terrier and white cat.

A few relaxing days in a beautiful peaceful spot. Balm to the soul - looking at the view, listening to the bird song, and watching nature. Everything was as described. Highly recommended 😊

The place was absolutely gorgeous. The kids have enough room to run around. We love the balcony with the amazing view and the sound of nature. Despite the wet weather on our first and second day of stay the kids were happy to just launched around and kept them selves entertained with the box of Lego they found in the kids room 😆 it was absolutely what we wanted for the kids to be off screen. This place gave us the quality time we needed as a family. Thank you Tracey. We will definitely comeback for more.

The caravan was beautiful, a home from home, we loved it. Hosts were very quick to respond to any requests. We went along to the bar on the Saturday, lovely welcoming staff too. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic cottage / log cabin. Incredible vistas across Wigtonshire and Irish Sea beyond. Ideal location for Kircudbright and Wigton as well as 7 stanes cycling locations- for us. Lovely and cosy inside.
