Vacation rentals with beach access in Newquay

We stayed at the view (Friday-Monday), as a Family and all we can say is… WOW! We have the BEST time and the accommodation was incredible. Chi provides super clear/easy to follow instructions which made checking in and finding the accommodation super easy. As we walked into the accommodation we were all shocked by how beautiful the sea view is and how spacious, clean and modern the flat is. The location is fantastic as there’s so many local restaurants, supermarket and easy to get to main attractions (of course including the beach). There is even a storage cupboard that had two body boards and a few beach accessories to use which was such a lovely surprise. As we stayed in peak time we did find the high street was a bit lively at night time which woke us up a few times, however didn’t bother us. Overall the view is INCREDIBLE and we will be returning next year, thank you Chi!

Beautifully presented studio unit. Top location. Great instructions for checking in. Friendly coffee shop down stairs. The only thing to be careful of are the stairs up to the unit as they are steep with deep risers and may be difficult for the elderly or mobility impaired.

We had a great week staying here! Dale and Anna were amazing hosts, really communicative and proactive. The location is super convenient for going in town, but without the hecticness of being in town and the place was spotless and really nicely decorated, with really comfy beds! We all slept so well. The listing is exactly as described and I can really really recommend it! The guidebook in the house was comprehensive and super helpful. It's also really well stocked for a young family! It might be worth knowing that the bedrooms get quite light when the sun rises (not sure if black out blinds are available as we don't have very little ones so don't need them). Overall, I really reccomend this host and apartment for a break in Newquay!!

The apartment is in a great location with stunning views across the bay from the from the lounge. The kitchen area is well equipped with a full size oven and plenty of utensils. The private parking is a bonus as Portreath can get busy with limited parking options. It’s a 5 minute walk downhill to the beach and centre of town but a tad longer coming back, but hey ho that’s Cornwall for you. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We really liked Lou’s place and the views from the windows were amazing. I would’ve expected some little touches like soap in the bathroom, but otherwise all ok.

Stayed here for 4 nights, it was a shame it was work related as the place is lovely and would of liked to of spent more time here. Lovely spot, great location and would definitely stay here again :)

Caroline and Max were great hosts. The accommodation was clean and cosy and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The accommodation was within walking distance to all local amenities. Thank you both for such a wonderful weekend.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Little Egret. The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly situated between Fistral beach and Crantock. Kathryn and her husband were very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and recommending the best coastal walks. We would definitely recommend Little Egret - thank you Kathryn!

What a great family holiday home , with all modern finish and facilities to enjoy outdoor relaxation with hot tub in garden setting and a balcony with a great view of Newquay and fireplace table for cooler nights . We chose this for a family getaway with our adult kids and partners as it has separate bedroom and bathrooms for everyone. Dan was a great host and helped out with all our requests and queries and the little extras on arrival were very welcome and made the check in very special . Big Thanks for a great break

Before we had checked out, we had reserved for next year. A superb property, in a beautiful, quiet location, but is just 10 minutes walk away from bars and restaurants. 1 minute walk from a beach, next door to an historic ancient church and absolutely idyllic. Highly recommended.

Excellent in all ways …parking is the only challenge …there was some road work which inhibited us but it’s a challenge too find and you need to back in and park accross form the doorway a little bit towards the back on the left side facing out as you can’t turn around…it’s right accross from the shopping food center but you must loop around to get at it …excellent location and great apartment …really lovely …nicely decorated ..well worth it and great bathroom

Anthea was a great host. Responded quickly and was very friendly. The house was great and the location was ideal. I’m local to Newquay and my friends loved how close the shops and beaches were yet the house was peaceful. My friends flew from Dublin and Gatwick arriving earlier than check in but Anthea was very accommodating and allowed them to check in earlier due to no previous quests that morning. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Paul’s place together with our two children. The house is great - well decorated, modern and clean and a short walk away from central Newquay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Sarah and Ian met us at check in. They showed us through the accommodation and had a load of recommendations for the local area.

Great place to stay, very accessible to pretty much every beach in newquay. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. But most importantly great host, very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend when visiting Newquay

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

My Husband and myself had a lovely stay at Jam First. The property was perfect and very spacious with a beautiful patio area. Lynne was a friendly host with delicious scones waiting our arrival. They have thought of everything. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for those who like to park up and walk everywhere. It is a short distance to the town centre, harbour and Newquay beaches, Fistral being very close. The apartment has been refurbished and decorated with incredible attention to detail. Really lovely and very spacious. Parking is private and right outside which is a real bonus. There’s lots to do in Newquay and it is a great base from which to explore Cornwall.

This particular apartment had a most memorable deck and view just like the picture. We cherished sitting on deck and watching the beach, waves and people every morning and evening. The cool ocean breeze was also very nice for June as the weather was heating up elsewhere in UK. I f the weather is good, guests are in for a real treat staying here. Room has everything you need and good wifi even on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area!

Apartment was lovely with very comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Very appreciated welcome pack and milk on arrival to make a cup of tea with biscuits and chocolate. Window view was just superb, like a moving picture. Thank you would highly recommend and hope to return.

What a fantastic place to stay. I mainly went to Newquay to surf and this apartment couldn’t have been closer to the beach. Literally just a few mins walk. Location is great. The apartment was beautiful and it was great to be able to have meals out on the balcony. Loads of room and a huge TV in the lounge area. Open plan kitchen was fab and very well equipped. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was very welcome after a very long journey down. Francis was on hand to answer all my queries and responded instantly. Thanks for making our stay so great. Will deffo visit again after a fantastic time. Thanks Rob
