The property is at the very start of Ironbark Creek which is a permanent creek so you will enjoy all the native wildlife that comes with that.

The morning sun on the balcony is amazing and you can sit and watch the boats come in and soak up the sun. The beach, King Edward park and Anzac walk, Cafe's and Restaurants galore are a short walk away in this historic part of Newcastle. Great places to walk to and explore! If you prefer to stay or the weather isn't great and videos and games to play.

Private semi detached cottage with 13 foot ceiling and polished floor boards which has been kept in its original state with minimal renovation. You have your own lounge/sitting area, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. It is one level with no steps and has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed & the other Double bed and King Single. Also a Steelcraft cot and high chair for babies/toddlers. Only 10 min walk from beach, Surfhouse & Beach Hotel. Air Con & Hi speed Broadband!
