This was our second stay and we’d certainly return! Elizabeth is a wonderful host — she is so helpful and very responsive. The house is super close to Pacific University and within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Forest Grove. Great place to stay for visiting the college!

Very cute townhouse! Walking distance to great grocery store and walking paths/park. Very clean and comfortable. We had 3 generations of family with my mom and nieces in town and it worked out great!

We had a great stay! The house very comfortable and it was an easy walk to restaurants and wine tasting rooms in McMinnville.

Chelsea’s house was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. It worked great for staying a few days; the place was much bigger and more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Very comfortable stay! Had all the things we needed for cooking which was really great as we wanted to make home cooked meals! Comfortable beds and place was very comfortable and super clean! Very quiet neighborhood and was nice to walk around and see all the spring flowers blooming! Host was easy to communicate with and nice to have easy check in and out with door code! Would highly recommend this place!

Excellent. We had a family gathering, four families and nine people, so it was unusual to find enough bedrooms. That was good surprise number one. Number two was finding the home with a backyard that young children could play in. Three was its location at the end of a quiet street, again safe for youngsters but also quiet for all. In addition, the location was just blocks from several major roads so getting around and to things in Beaverton/Portland was made easier. Found all the kitchen, bath, bedroom supplies we needed as well. Ample parking for the four families. One drawback, and this is true of short-term rentals on the whole, was that it echoed due to lack of accoutrements like rugs, drapes, wall hangings. Living room had minimal furniture and it would have been more homey to at least include comfortable reading chair(s) and lamps. With our large group there were folding chairs that we made use of.

Nice upgraded home in a residential neighborhood. Near the highway so occasional noise. Easy walk to several restaurants and wineries One of the bedrooms is a garage conversion, nice room but in the garage. The backyard was being rehabbed, so construction debris in the side yard and unfinished landscaping along the fence. We did enjoy sitting out with the fire pit in the evenings. Home was clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils for meal prep. The dining area was small for the number that the house can sleep, if you use all the beds some will have to sit at the kitchen bar or dine on the patio. Overall a great stay with zero issues!

Lovely stay in this peaceful retreat - nearby great restaurants, outdoor activities and quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here with our two cats. Very spacious, clean and stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again when we visit Beaverton again! Erin was a great host - super friendly, responsive and kind!

Our magical vintage trailer getaway was pure cozy bliss! Tucked away in a charming little spot, the rain only made the weekend feel more enchanting. With our pups snuggled beside us, we spent the days playing board games, sipping warm drinks, and listening to the soothing patter of raindrops on the roof. The trailer’s retro charm added to the whimsy, making it feel like we had stepped into a dreamy little hideaway. It was the perfect mix of nostalgia, relaxation, and fun—proof that sometimes, the best adventures happen indoors.

This was by far the best Air B&B we've stayed at. We got in just before the summer prices hit which was even better. The pool (and hot tub)is heated and NOT chlorinated (must be salt water) that is super important for some of us. PLENTY of space to not be on top of eachother. 🗝 One thing you want to keep in mind, there are spices, but no condiments whatsoever.

The condo was easy to find in a very nice neighborhood. The space was immaculate and very tastefully furnished. It was a great experience staying here and I plan to rent this condo again in the future.

This was the best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in! Amanda and Michael are literally the sweetest and think of every little thing to make your stay comfortable and special! We felt right at home! The neighborhood is adorable and so walkable to great food nearby. Super close to the MAX (local public transportation), so there was times we didn’t even need our car. We LOVED it here! Staying here made us fall in love with Portland all over again. We cannot wait to revisit RCH🌹

Such a cozy getaway! We wanted a place near the city, but something more unique than a hotel. This was perfect! Just the right amount of space. The house was supplied with everything we could have needed. If we didn’t have something or needed a refill, the hosts were happy to help! We recommend walking the neighborhood near by or going up the road to the hiking/bike trail for great views!

Sam was a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. The location was a quick walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bars and a short drive to all the wineries.

Beautiful old victorian, quiet street, lots of parking. Good kitchen, well stocked. Plenty of hot water. We were a party of six women and only two needed to share a room - even the twin beds and bunks were super comfy, all the other beds were kings i think and everyone said they slept really well. It was wonerful to have the beautiful dining area so we could all eat together. We visted the local glass works, hiked through the gorgeous woods at the Trappist Monastery and ate at Humble Spirit in McMinnville - terrific farm to table restaurant. Wonderful trip. I loved my stay at this beautiful little cottage outside the rolling farmland of Dayton. Very comfortable, well-appointed, with all the amenities that anyone needs. I’ll be back!

Great location - walking distance to coffee/food/bars, ~10mins to several wineries, etc. Place was as described with a well-stocked kitchen. Host was proactive with communication and helped with our questions. Would return.

Four of my friends flew in for wine tasting in the Willamette valley. The house was the perfect base for us. It was clean, beautiful, free of clutter, equipped with everything we needed and centrally located. We were able to walk to the river, drive. Few minutes to restaurants and uber to wineries. The rummikub that we found at the house provided us with after hour entertainment. We didn’t turn the tvs on. Single time. The perfect place to celebrate our 40th birthdays together. Thank you!!!

This is our second time staying in this house which shows how much we love it! It looks exactly like the photos and there are so many personal touches strewn about the house, that you instantly feel right at home. The kitchen is well appointed which is very important to us as we like to stay in and cook on Thursdays after going to the farmer's market which is only one block away. If that's not your thing, that's ok, because the main drag where you can find all the best restaurants/bars/tasting rooms/coffee shops in town is only a 5-minute walk away! Make sure to heed this host's suggestions as they are spot on as well.

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the hosts are simply just the best. The space is super cozy, and loved the kitchen. We really loved our time here and would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
