Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in New Smyrna Beach

Nice and quiet, clean, great view of the beach, perfect for 2 people, plenty of parking, excellent restaurants nearby, especially Porto Fino, Aunt Catfish, and Dine and Cruise.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are a short walk away.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

This is definitely worth the stay for 2-3 people. Very clean and updated. Host was super nice and helpful! Within walking distance of a few good restaurants and bars and short drive to more.

This sweet home was perfect for my family. I can't express just how much we enjoyed Phyllis' home. It was so nice and clean and quite comfortable. Knowing it was once her parent's vacation home made it even more special. This home is located conveniently to EVERYTHING. I was so impressed with the neighborhood and neighbors. The houses are very well kept, and I was so surprised at how quiet it is. I just got home and I am already looking at the calendar to see when I can return.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our families with little kids and the location was equally as good. Easy to get wherever we needed to go and very walkable to Flagler Ave.

The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

Clean, comfortable place. The AC was the perfect antidote for the sweltering Florida humidity. If you need a spot that’s easy on the frills but big on the peaceful, cozy vibes, this is it.

We came to New Smyrna for a baseball tournament and walking into the home , seemed like we were in our own house. Nothing felt out of place and we had all we needed to relax and unwind. We would definitely rebook for next year!

we had something come up last min with our airbnb and had to leave early. I asked if we could check in early and they let us drop our belongings off before check in. Very kind and quick response. Great guest, will be back if in area!

Such a cute and convenient place! Maria was super responsive and a great host. The apartment was clean, and exactly as described. We had a great weekend stay and highly recommend staying here. Very walkable to local places and definitely a gem in the area!

I don’t want to write this review because I want to be able to return all the time! Katherine was a WONDERFUL host! The condo is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. She has thought of everything, down to providing just about anything you can think that you might forget to pack. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

We had the best time while in town for Rockville 2025. Mark, our host, was so responsive and friendly. Absolutely beautiful place and a short walk tot he beach. Will definitely book again :)

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. Julie’s place was great for our family to stay in New Smyrna Beach. The location is perfect with just steps to the pool and just a few more to a lovely, peaceful beach free from cars. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to nearby restaurants and Publix. Julie was a great host- great communication, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful place with a beautiful ocean front view. It was clean and comfortable. We truly hope to come back and make this an annual sisters trip, Christa was great and made helpful local recommendations. Lots of fun touches at this property, games, beach toys and chairs, bubbles, etc.
