Vacation rentals with beach access in New Smyrna Beach

The short walk to the beach is so scenic and quaint. The kids didn’t need to put their shoes on. Easy to hose everything off coming back from the beach. Nice to put beach stuff in the garage. Very comfortable beds. Seemed to be a safe area. Will definitely return!

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are a short walk away.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful place with such great amenities. I love that it’s right by the beach and all sorts of good restaurants and other fun places. Kelly is such a great host and made my wife and me feel right at home.

Chelsea is such a great host! Everything was in great condition, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly environment! We will definitely come back soon to visit! Highly recommend place! 🤩

My family and myself just had a 5 night stay at the hideaway and had a fantastic time . We were skeptical when we booked as we normally stay ocean front but couldn’t be happier with our decision it gave us way more variety on our trip . Historical district with good restaurants and bars right at our doorstep . We had really nice bike rides to beach made it there in 15 minutes. Then having our own pool/outdoor area was very nice to wind down . The house was immaculate, clean , well thought out as we didn’t have to search for anything . We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our families with little kids and the location was equally as good. Easy to get wherever we needed to go and very walkable to Flagler Ave.

The stay at Michaels was nice. Convenient location to visit with family and close to the ocean.Lots of space and very nice oversized bathroom. Everything was comfy and kitchen had a lot of selection of pans, dishes, cups, glasses, new refrigerator and a/c unit. Very nice stay.

My husband and I like to visit NSB on the weekends when we can . We usually stay at hotels , but we like to stay in places that have more room and feels like home . My husband and I were very satisfied . It was perfect for two people and it was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet . Hopefully we I’ll be able to come back soon .

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

I don’t want to write this review because I want to be able to return all the time! Katherine was a WONDERFUL host! The condo is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. She has thought of everything, down to providing just about anything you can think that you might forget to pack. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

Julie’s place was great for our family to stay in New Smyrna Beach. The location is perfect with just steps to the pool and just a few more to a lovely, peaceful beach free from cars. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to nearby restaurants and Publix. Julie was a great host- great communication, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a beach getaway!

This was a wonderful place with a beautiful ocean front view. It was clean and comfortable. We truly hope to come back and make this an annual sisters trip, Christa was great and made helpful local recommendations. Lots of fun touches at this property, games, beach toys and chairs, bubbles, etc.

Having never been to New Smyrna we were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased wih David's condo. It was fully furnished and the view was terrific. The pool was very nice. The restaurants and other attractions were easily acessible. We were even able to see an X flight takeoff from the cape. David was good at communicating when we needed information. We hope to come back to David's unit again next year.
