Fantastic. This is our second stay here...once again did not disappoint. Location is perfect and condo amenities great.

Chelsea was very good about promptly responding to questions. Location was perfect for all the activities planned. The bungalow was very homey and we had a great time. Checkin and check out were very easy. Great weekend!

This beach front condo was fantastic! Beautifully decorated with a beach theme! The sun rises were breath taking & memorable! Michael & Stacy were very communicative & responsive with any questions and or directions. The beds were very comfortable and the glass table with shells and sand made this into a beach paradise! This was my first Airbnb rental and we had a great experience from start to check-out! This property is a Gem! We'll be back!

Perfect for our last-minute stay after an exhausting week at Disney. Host is super fast to reply to messages, which came in handy when the door lock didn’t work at first with our customized code (some sort of glitch when it was reset for our stay.) She replied almost immediately & was able to unlock the door for us from her phone so we could get inside right away, & she corrected the issue quickly. This place is steps away from the pool right outside the back sliding glass doors, and the beach is right in front of that. The beach was not crowded at all when we went (beginning of June). The condo had everything we needed & was comfortable enough that we didn’t go anywhere but the beach or pool all week!

We had the best time here. We had plenty of room for ourselves, our daughter, and grandkids. The townhouse was beautiful and comfortable. The ocean access and private pool was enjoyable and made it easy to swim every single day. There were lots of great places to eat and things to do nearby.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our families with little kids and the location was equally as good. Easy to get wherever we needed to go and very walkable to Flagler Ave.

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

Great place and location. Private back yard with shaded table. Home had everything we needed inside and outside except for complete fenced yard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are a short walk away.

This was an amazing place! We love New Smyrna & this beachfront condo had everything you need at the beach! There were even brand new binoculars that we used to watch the dolphins in the ocean.

Five stars for The Lou, an early 1900s historical home with passionate owners, thoughtfully laying stones in a beautiful mosaic of restoration. My 15 y.o. daughter and I enjoyed 5 delightful days here and can't wait to return! The Lou exudes enduring beauty and is located a stone's throw from Canal Street and just a quick ride to Flagler and the beaches. Our home away from home was the upstairs 2/1, a tastefully decorated and well appointed space with comfy beds and crisp linens, a sleek new kitchen and AC that will make you reach for more covers. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella were also nice touches. I admire the integration of the old and new elements. Historic homes have nuances; embrace The Lou's! Historic homes deserve respect and care and it is obvious both are happening here. We felt safe and comfy, certainly rejuvenated when we departed and look forward to our next stay. The hospitality we experienced was remarkable!

Katie’s place is a great little spot for a beach getaway in New Smyrna. She was friendly and communicative. The location is far enough from the downtown to feel private, while close enough for anything you may need to run to town for. Thanks Katie, for a clean, cute and cozy accommodation:)

Listing is as described. Convenient to beach and local restaurants. The assigned parking spaces seem to be in a random order. We drove up & down the rows only to find that ours was right in front of the patio door! Kitchen is fully stocked. Parking lot has hose to rinse off your chairs, feet, and your tires if you drove on the beach. There are lots of rules for this HOA property. Familiarize yourself and you’ll be fine. Overall, the space was perfect for our couple’s weekend.

Absolutely beautiful condo right on the Beach. Sonya had everything you could want for a stay. Enjoyed our time with Family. Excellent location
