Pet-friendly vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

Had a great stay. Pool was dirty first day but they came next day to clean. Great for your pet with private back yard. Know the main living is upstairs if people can’t use steps, however the in-law suite downstairs was nice. Access to beach was great it’s right outside your door. We were able to fit 4 vehicles in drive which helped because they have parking enforcement people driving around all the time. Pretty cool it’s the only sand road left in NSB according to neighbors. Wonderful place to get away!!

We were so comfortable and at home here! The views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the shower was also great. We did not try out the pool as we were on the beach the whole time but it looked nice. We were thankful for the chairs and the cooler to borrow!

Fabulous. Very clean house, very well stocked, and it’s hard to imagine a better or more dynamic view. The location is one-of-a-kind. The hosts are very responsive. Stay there if you can!

Wonderful place to stay. A short walk up the sidewalk and across the road to get to the beach. The pool out back is enclosed and was great to relax and cool off. We used the gas grill for a few meals as well and trying some of the local seafood restaurants. We had a great time! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

The recent updates to the property are fantastic—everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The location is unbeatable with direct beach access and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. A great mix of nostalgia and modern comfort. We’ll be back!

15 steps from the living room to the Adirondack chairs at the beaches edge!!! It was amazing. Quiet section of beach with no cars. Dolphins, shells and all the peacefulness needed to feel rejuvenated. I’m ready to go back!! The townhouse was spacious and had all the things you need to a comfortable stay. We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

Great stay! Very cozy location, condo was just as described and it had everything you needed for our 1 week vacation at the beach! Hosts even provided beach chairs, and coolers. Overall great stay and would definitely come back

First off, what an amazing Airbnb in such an amazing destination. This host was THE BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed at locally in Volusia County / Daytona Beach. Great fenced area for dogs & pool area for family! Comfortable to say the least, & the neighbor was such a friendly lady! We would love to recommend & book this for our future vacations! I was very sad to leave! Beautiful views, location and so much to do with the game room and large hot tub. The beach items and bikes were an added bonus and loved all the local spots. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. We spent a lot of time in the house at the pool, enjoying the view and the comforts of the home. We spent one day at the beach which was a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. We also enjoyed New Smyrna beach which was about a 30 minute drive. I got up early every morning and enjoyed the peaceful sunrise on the dock. I even saw a dolphin! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dawns place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We traveled as a group of 8 people ages ranging from 15 to 42, along with our 3 furbabies. Dawn herself greeted us there and gave us a quick tutorial on how to use all the fancy gadgets in her home. Very friendly and quick to respond if you need anything! As we arrived later than we had intended she had some nice goodies for us, some adult beverages, pizzas...we had for dinner (BONUS) as we did not feel like going back out after a long trip, even some bacon and eggs for breakfast! I could go on and on about this gorgeous relaxing home, from the pool/backyard oasis, large property/yard for privacy and the doggos, to the snazzy gadgets, the coffee maker, and even the toilets in the bathrooms. Oh and don't get me started on the beds!!! I absolutely loved them and miss it already! 100 out of 10 recommended! We enjoyed our stay beyond what we imagined. Already planning to go back soon! *VERY PRIVATE*

Angel's home away from home was just what me and my friends needed to get away for the weekend. We mainly had our activities up in Daytona but driving down to here was such and easy drive. Less then 5 minutes away from the beach made it such a great spot for us. Angel was such an amazing host with clear communication leading up to the weekend. checking in and out was a breeze.

Had a wonderful time at this home. Very peaceful surroundings. We really enjoyed all the space and interacting with the animals (the cows were a hit with my youngest who named them Timothy, Gerald, and Albert lol). The pool was a big hit as well. Barbara was very kind and responsive - overall great get-away!

One of our favorite Florida rentals. It was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and across from a non-drive beach. The home was stocked and had a relaxing beach cottage vibe. I will be booking this property agian.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-maintained the property was. The house was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning views of the beach and ocean. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was ideal for a beach getaway, just a short walk to the sand, which made it easy to enjoy the beach throughout the day. The sound of the waves was incredibly soothing, and we spent many evenings relaxing on the deck, watching the sunset. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—high-quality kitchen appliances, cozy bedding, and even beach gear like towels and chairs. We felt right at home from the start. The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

The stay at Michaels was nice. Convenient location to visit with family and close to the ocean.Lots of space and very nice oversized bathroom. Everything was comfy and kitchen had a lot of selection of pans, dishes, cups, glasses, new refrigerator and a/c unit. Very nice stay.

My family felt very welcome and cared for at Bob's Beach Bungalow :) Crystal was so kind and thoughtful during our stay as well as before. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed. She left thoughtful and beautiful gifts for us and personalized snacks. She was very responsive if we needed anything, and she really cared that we had a lovely time. The beach house was very comfortable with incredible open beach views. From all areas of the house we were able to take in and enjoy the views of the water. We were also able to see ospreys, pelicans and seagulls throughout the day as well as dolphins. And much to our two sons' enjoyment, there were two gopher tortoises who lived in the dunes behind the house and we were able to see them sunning themselves each day. With the views, location, and caring host Crystal, we hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend!!
