Beautiful place, beach is beautiful, easy to get to. The pools are clean. Beds slept good! Everything was very clean. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again ❤️

This place was amazing, we love Flagler Avenue and this place was perfect for our large family gathering with kids. Beautiful pool, they had every amenity we needed including a high chair and foldable crib. Host was super responsive and helpful with instructions. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to do so again in the future!

Everything was pretty much as described. Very well stocked. Felt like “our place”. When time permits I’m sure we will be back! The pool and beach access is perfect. The parking passes are on the counter area. The wrist bands for the beach and pool are inside and extras are in a drawer in the kitchen area. (We were dumb - looking all over 😆)

clean, inviting, comfortable, right on beautiful beach. clean linens, bathroom. Kitchen stocked with coffee, etc. everything labeled and easy to find. Host very nice and accommodated our requests very fast. Loved our stay!

This Airbnb is very quiet and relaxing! The space is super clean, well decorated, and the views are stunning! We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Matt was beyond helpful, highly recommend!

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The Surf Shack is in a great location, right off of Flagler Ave, and was super clean, well appointed, and very well stocked. Beautiful views from the large sliding glass doors, and also from the balcony. The heated pool was perfect after a day on the beach! The sun and moon rises were amazing as well as all the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. The pelicans flying at arm’s length were equally astounding. The were so many little pleasantries to enhance our stay that made us feel so special. Although we didn't need anything from the host during our stay, Tania was super friendly and always very responsive to any communication. Not only would I recommend Surf Shack to others, but I will visit again anytime I am in the area! Thanks again for a making us feel so at home.

We had such a great time here! It was a perfect walking distance from the beach and such a pretty house!

The short walk to the beach is so scenic and quaint. The kids didn’t need to put their shoes on. Easy to hose everything off coming back from the beach. Nice to put beach stuff in the garage. Very comfortable beds. Seemed to be a safe area. Will definitely return!

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

Kimbra's place was wonderful from start to finish. Location was wonderful. House was very clean. Close to beach and grocery store and restaurants were close. Area was peaceful and quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Communication was great with quick response. Will definitely return.

My family felt very welcome and cared for at Bob's Beach Bungalow :) Crystal was so kind and thoughtful during our stay as well as before. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed. She left thoughtful and beautiful gifts for us and personalized snacks. She was very responsive if we needed anything, and she really cared that we had a lovely time. The beach house was very comfortable with incredible open beach views. From all areas of the house we were able to take in and enjoy the views of the water. We were also able to see ospreys, pelicans and seagulls throughout the day as well as dolphins. And much to our two sons' enjoyment, there were two gopher tortoises who lived in the dunes behind the house and we were able to see them sunning themselves each day. With the views, location, and caring host Crystal, we hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend!!

The view of the deep blue from living room is spectacular, we enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and whale watching with a cup of coffee every morning from living room. Kids had so much fun and they felt home the minute we walked inside the house. very glad we found this place and can't wait for the next stay.

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. What an amazing condo. The pictures truly reflect the spacious living quarters. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. And the view is stunning. We had a wonderful family vacation and hope to return in the future.

Check-in was easy, and she checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The house has so much personality. The Pan-Am theme gives it a fun, vintage vibe that makes the whole place feel like a little adventure. It's not your typical beach rental—it’s way more charming and thoughtful. We loved the backyard! It’s private and cozy, with a cute little pool that was perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. It felt like our own hidden retreat. Inside, the home had everything we needed—beach towels, kitchen essentials, comfy beds—you name it. It’s clearly set up with families in mind, and it made the trip stress-free. And the location really sealed the deal. We’d absolutely stay here again. Jennifer’s place made our vacation easy, relaxing, and fun from start to finish.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at New Smyrna Beach. We stayed in unit 201, of the Southwind Condos. The condo was decorated beautifully, it was fully stocked with everything we could need, and it was very clean. The view from the condo was amazing. We had an ocean view from almost every window and we were only steps away from the beach. Our host Martin was very informative and made everything so easy. He communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. Martin made checking in and out so easy. He also made sure to keep us updated on any possible issues that might arise during our visit. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone who is vacationing in New Smyrna Beach. I look forward to staying there in the future. So many fun things to do in the area and great restaurants to eat at. Thank you Martin for being an amazing host.
