It's fully furnished with all new furniture, kitchen fully equipped, and other necessary things the guests will need during their stay. It's located on cul de sack with no passing traffic. The back yard has lake access with dock and space to entertain. There is a large 3 person canoe, a paddle boat as well as fishing poles for you to use. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

The Bungalow is nestled among 150 year old oak trees not far from downtown New Port Richey. The Bungalow is in the rear of a law office building. Nice porch with seating to enjoy your glass of wine at the end of the day.. You’ll love my place in a 1920 building with an old Florida feel. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Our 300 square foot guest suite is good for couples and solo adventurers. It offers many amenities for a small space. Step outside to enjoy the patio, pool and gazebo! Great location for those wanting to experience Florida's nature coast, but still be close enough to everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer at a reasonable price. For the safety of our guests, in addition to extensive cleaning and disinfection I am also using a UV/ozone sanitizing light before guests arrive.

Spotless, private two bedroom apartment, located in downtown New Port Richey. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Only 6 blocks from Main St., where you'll find restaurants, Sims Park, live theatre and plenty of night life choices. And our lovely local beach, Green Key, is only 3 miles away. This apartment is located in a triplex and I live in the back unit, and so I'm usually right there if needed.
