Whatever your reason for visiting New Port Richey you will find this Cul-de-sac home to be comfortable and inviting having a screened in, heated pool and large pool deck and lanai with outdoor gas grill. The pool area is lighted in the evening for an enjoyable atmosphere. There are three bedrooms and a game/TV room that works as a forth bedroom with a futon. The back is fully fenced in. Fast internet with three new smart TVs. Kitchen is well equipped and has three kinds of coffee makers..

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

Close to excellent downtown dining options and the river; close to beaches and lots of activities. The house can accommodate 8 guests, with a limit of 5 adults unless additional adults are approved. I love animals but do not allow pets.

Great location for those wanting to experience Florida's nature coast, but still be close enough to everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer at a reasonable price. For the safety of our guests, in addition to extensive cleaning and disinfection I am also using a UV/ozone sanitizing light before guests arrive.
