Vacation rentals with a kayak in New Port Richey

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect to stay in, very cozy and spacious. Perfect spot for our home base when going to Universal for a day. The weather was perfect as well and being able to kayak down the river a bit was very therapeutic. Would love to come back again, especially to visit Tarpon Springs again. Love from Louisiana.

It was exactly as described. We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet. We loved the fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened area. We ate all our meals outside. Very peaceful. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions

Amazing place with easy access to the gulf. My family loved the dock for swimming and the family kayaks created memorable experiences.

I absolutely loved our stay here! If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway right on the river this is your spot! We saw manatees! Floated on the river with the five star kayaks that were given to us to use! Neighbors are so friendly also! Such a sweet escape. We kayaked up the river and there were beautiful spots to stop and enjoy swimming/rope swinging/ etc. thanks again!

One word, paradise! We absolutely loved staying here. Being able to use the kayaks right off the dock made this a perfect place to really experience the river. We will definitely be back in the future.

I can’t say anything that will do justice on Brian’s behalf,it was like staying at a family members house. This was our second time renting this place and we just love it. Location is perfect, the price has been really good each time, and there's everything one needs. The house has a great lay out, with a large open living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room, and then the bedrooms are off to the sides. The large screened in area is cozy for hanging out and keeping all your things that don't need to come in the house. There are 5 single kayaks which are great and this time we needed a double kayak as well so we rented one from Easy Peasy Mobile Kayak Rental. Would definitely recommend reaching out to them if one needs additional kayaks at a fair price and they deliver and pick up. Sally is a fantastic host who has always been so responsive and we will definitely be coming back for a third time :)

Cozy, comfortable, yet two stories with plenty space to stretch out, scenic view with a hot tub, nice balcony view for coffee in the morning. Can’t go wrong.

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc

We had a blast celebrating my fiancés birthday on the river! So many things to use for outdoor time, so close to the water! Plenty of places to sit! The Airbnb was so cool compared to outdoors!

This location could not be more perfect! The property is impeccably maintained and has the classic Florida feel we were hoping for. Roger’s Park is less than a 2 minute walk away - perfect for mid afternoon dips in the springs. Brian was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even going as far as to replace the entire AC unit (!) when the existing unit was showing some signs of struggle. If that’s not dedication to guest satisfaction, I don’t know what is. Our kids are already asking to make this our yearly getaway and we would 100% book this property again in the future.

This stay exceeded our expectations. The cottage was clean and attention to detail was definitely noticed during our stay. Maria was responsive to all of our messages sent and was a great host. We enjoyed our anniversary thoroughly and would stay there again without a doubt. Overall 5 stars.

From the moments we arrived we were very pleased. Everything was fresh and clean. A nice bottle of wine was waiting on us. We were treated by 4-5 manatees and one with a baby. We out crab traps in but the hey did not chose that route. We went old school with chicken leg, string and net. Caught 21 crabs. So much fun and so delicious! There were 6 guys and not one complaint. Oh there was one, why we can’t stay another day. But we had to get back too work. LOL. We highly recommend this place. We have been coming for the last 7 years to Weeki and this was one of the finest places for the price. Host were always quick to respond. Look forward to next time!

Always a great place to stay.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

This is a perfect spot for a peaceful weekend getaway and exploring in nature. A highlight of the stay was seeing all the wildlife on the Chassahowitzka River! This cabin was cozy, and felt like home. We appreciated amenities like board games, the grill and kayaks (& lifevests) which made the experience seamless. Make sure you bring your own mask and snorkel to make the most of this great spot with its very own river access!!

This place is beautiful. I cancelled my trip to Busch Gardens and decided to rather stay on site at the property. Everyone loved this place. I will definitely rent again

Booked a weekend stay for my boyfriends 28th birthday. This was such an unforgettable stay for us. I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and say Dustin was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on air bnb. He responded promptly every time I had a question and was so friendly. The house was clean and had endless amenities. The main reason I booked this stay is because of the included kayaks and boat launch which made kayaking so easy. We already can’t wait to come back. great place for the money..very peaceful.

We loved it there!! it was close to everything we wanted to do and we could walk to the restaurant which had great food and entertainment!!: Loved the outdoor area with the multiple decks, rocking chairs, and a fire pit!!

You can’t beat the hospitality and the views. Perfect for small center consoles and bay boats. Cameron was friendly and very helpful would recommend this place to any scalloper or inshore fishermen.

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!
