Everything is nice, the surroundings and the apartment. Very quiet. It's a bit early to have to leave at ten o'clock, but it's also OK, it works. It would be good if there were two keys.

An extraordinary apartment where you feel right at home. The name "Heavenly Kingdom" fits perfectly! Great amenities, cozy sofa, large TV and many products that you didn't have to bring! Everything as described, abundantly available. Balcony with plenty of sun and a location from where you can do a lot. Great tips from Sonja and much more! Simply great, great, great! We will definitely recommend the apartment. Also great is a shed with existing bicycles, where you can also store your own bikes well. We had a great 11 days there - fantastic!

I stayed at Sigrid’s apartment for two weeks and was very pleased with the experience. The apartment is spacious, bright, spotless, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the University Hospital and big Lidl store, with a bus stop right around the corner. Sigrid is a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and very thoughtful. I especially appreciated her picking me up from the train station on arrival and taking me back very early in the morning on my departure day. The apartment is also very quiet and offers great privacy. All in all, the apartment is absolutely worth every penny. If I ever return to Greifswald, I will definitely stay with Sigrid again!

We had a great time. Ursula is a great host, very friendly and thoughtful. The apartment is well furnished. Unfortunately, there is no real terrace (we were able to use the one from the other apartment) - but there are seats in the garden. Overall very nice - therefore recommendation from us.

We were very warmly welcomed; the communication as a whole was maximally uncomplicated and friendly, although we booked very spontaneously. The apartment is beautiful: elaborately and thoughtfully renovated, carefully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and great property - we felt completely comfortable and would absolutely recommend the apartment for longer stays.

The apartment was exactly as described and desired. Super clean, very modern and a great rental. Communication was straightforward and flexible. We'll be back.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, corresponding to the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing soccer with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... I never met my host but her husband Thomas was very helpful, I appreciated his carrying my bags upstairs! The apartment is very cozy, easy access from the train, I had a bit of an issue only because I did not have wifi and should have taken a photo of the map I was sent. Place is close to Ravensbruck which I was visiting, close to nice restaurants and supermarket. Weather was a bit chilly so I could not take advantage of the boat or canoe, but loved going down to the lake and bird watch. Very pleasant stay in a peaceful setting.

We were very pleased! The place is very idyllic, very clean and has everything you need. Everything has been thought of (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc.).

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

We had a great stay. Check-in was super flexible and we came to a cozy cottage where we felt right at home. For the dogs there was a basket with blankets and towels and our four-legged friends also felt right at home. From the property we could go directly into the forest and take beautiful walks. The neighbors were very nice and gave us a friendly welcome. There is a parking space right outside the front door and the nearest shopping is not too far away by car. Great place to recover from everyday life.

We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

We came across the booth houses by chance and are still very impressed by the cottage. Stylishly furnished, it had everything you needed, the absence of TV and dishwasher didn't bother us at all, as it was clearly and nicely communicated beforehand. We will definitely come back for a quiet break.

We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The view is really great and you can take super nice bike tours. Communication with Simone was great and flawless.

We had a really great weekend in Krakow am See! The place was ideal for us. Super clean and totally cozy. A very central spot from which you can make beautiful excursions. The host is very accommodating, easily accessible and is there to help. Thank you, we can only recommend the stay!

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly impressed by the large garden with a swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: It is very comfortably furnished, offers plenty of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (However, there was also potato laying during our stay) Our children slept upstairs facing the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear them at all. The surrounding area is scenic and offers numerous excursion possibilities, so it's guaranteed not to be boring.

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quickly accessible and had many good tips for excursions nearby. The apartment was very clean! It offers plenty of space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, as there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast or end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautifully quiet private-feeling corner cottage. Everything present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra responded immediately and solved the problem. Wonderful garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! Left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

We had a very nice time at the Pelle property. The property has everything you need and is very cozy. We even spontaneously extended a day. Highly recommended

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The place was just like the photos – clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping is right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

We enjoyed our time with Andrea very much and were completely satisfied with the accommodation :) The kitchen is superbly equipped and the apartment is very clean and cozy.
