The property has one living room (4x6m) with sheep sofa. From here you have a very nice view over the Lake. In the sleeping cabin there is only space for a double bed 1,40m x 2 m long). The small kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with toilet and shower. May and mid-September can be heated with an infrared radiator. From the terrace, you can reach the jetty via two stairs. For swimming you cross the reed.

The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view. A few minor cosmetic repairs are still pending - but we're working on it.

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. A small bathroom with shower is located just next to the entrance. In the living area, there is a sofa, which is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. Via the staircase you enter the sleeping floor.

Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
