Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nettuno

Sergio fully deserves to be called a Superhost. It was extremely easy for us to communicate with him as he replied to all our requests quickly enough and his English is great. The apartment is very well equipped. Initially, we wanted to stay in a hotel with the breakfasts included. But then we've found Sergio's place on Airbnb and loved it at first glance. Cooking (and not only breakfasts) was not a problem at all as the kitchen included everything one may need. Sergio also provided us with a couple of bottles of water, milk, olive oil, salt and pepper, flour, spaghetti, different sauces and jams, coffee. Everything else we could by in the supermarket around the corner. The bedroom has a big wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hangers which was especially appreciated by my wife. And our 4 years old son was more than happy with the Samsung Smart TV in the living room as he could watch his favorite cartoons on YouTube. The location of the apartment is great as it's close to the port and beach with the big selection of bars and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. We also found Sergio's recommendations for the local restaurants very useful.

Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

Mario’s appartment is right in the centre of Castel Gandolfo. Very close to the main sights and restaurants. The appartment is nice, well equipped. Relaxed atmosphere. As a host Mario is very communicative, wanting his guests to have a nice time. Very clear instructions, and we liked the goodies (😊). Very much recommended. Thanks, Mario

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

What a fantastic place to stay. Walkable to beach and town. Pasquale went above and beyond to help us with the washing machine coming over at 7pm, what a champion! house had everything you need (including welcome wine & biscuits!). Would definitely stay again 100% 5 star!

Mauro is a delightful person. He accompanied us to visit the nature reserve of Tor Caldara, the English cemetery and this is definitely a plus. As for the apartment, it is responsive to the photographs but in real life you can see a certain neglect: the kitchen cabinets are black (not blue), they probably lost the lacquer, and some doors are missing; the shower has a closing curtain, definitely not hygienic; in the bedroom for the boys, the walls are all marked - not a big problem, but it makes the room unattractive. Mauro definitely pays some inexperience in managing checkout, but overall the rating is positive. The garden is unique, which has no hedge to maintain some privacy: the people who walk on the street (more than I imagined), inevitably look inside - but they are all very polite and say hello!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Marina was so helpful and whenever there was an issue, it would be sorted out quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning the first night but it was resolved quickly the next day. Would definitely come back here again.

No doubts Antonino is one of the best hosts we had after 50+ travels with Airbnb. The location is really unusual but easily reachable with a car, Antonino provided detailed guidance and met us personally. The main note here is that initially we wanted to stay in Artena in order to go to Rome every day but we didn’t even go there (we’ve been there before). It might sound crazy but we were impressed with Artena town hill much more than with Rome when visited it a few years ago. Thank you for everything Antonino. Highly recommended.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

Renato is a great host! Super helpful and friendly! The apartment is on the ground floor, sharing the internal courtyard with your home, where you can park a car (or motorcycle, in our case), which is really fantastic! Places in the area are present, but the possibility of having a safer place is no small thing! All with a flexible and also independent check-in, since it is done through a keypad for the entrance. For the apartment: small, but very welcoming, and has everything you need for a couple. The bed is very comfortable, there is air conditioning, and Renato made us find bottles of water and snacks, as well as having moka and coffee available! Lots of towels, shower and shampoo! The bathroom is a little small, but very clean and does its job. But be careful, there is also an outdoor shower as far as you get back from the beach, which is phenomenal! the washing machine is also available. What can I say, a landmark!!! top!

I stayed with my family (two adults and two girls) in this fantastic villa. Daniele and his wife Tiziana were fantastic, super helpful and attentive to our needs. Daniele gave us a lot of tips on how best to organize our travels: he was a Top guide!! The house is spacious, very clean with very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need... and even something more!! Piccola Perla is the well-kept outdoor space, a true oasis of relaxation. Finally, the location: convenient for transport and Termini can be reached in about half an hour. What can I say, I highly recommend it!! For us it will be one more reason to return to Rome more often!!! Thank you Daniele!!!

I stayed here for four nights, but I would have gladly moved in. Simple but very nice and comfortable apartment, you feel at home. Very professional, friendly and helpful host for any information or needs. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Myroslava! She is incredibly helpful and nice. The place is clean and very well accommodated.

The apartment is comfortable and well furnished, perfect for two families who will each have a bedroom and bathroom, sharing only the large living room-kitchen. The owners are very friendly and helpful . Unfortunately, parking is not guaranteed, you have to make do with public spaces.
