It was a real pleasure staying at Veronica's house. We had a great time and being in the historic center of this beautiful village in the evening we took a nice walk arriving among the alleys made even more evocative by the night lights up to the beautiful Caetani Castle that we were lucky enough to visit the next morning, despite being in the company of our dog Milù. A real gem of this property is the huge hot tub set in the rock on the lower floor of the house. Truly an Unforgettable Stay

Our booking was last minute and Kristian was very flexible and accommodating to help us. We arrived for a 1 night stopover with our animals and we had a full car of belongings which Kristian was able to put on the gated driveway to ensure it was secure. The place had everything you could possibly need for a short stay and was comfortable. We didn't explore the local area as we had to leave early in the morning.

good morning can be seen from the morning : although the check-in was automatic, Paolo rushed to help us with luggage under a storm . Thank you for your hospitality . The house is extremely spacious , it could be used without problems by larger groups . Nothing is missing and with Paolo's instructions we also resolved the parking problem of our second car.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very accommodating since the original home was not ready for guests. They provided our family with another home on the same property. We spent our days in Rome and relaxed in the pool in the evenings! It was a great combination of busy tourist city exploration and laid back Italian countryside villa in the evening. It could use some upgrades. We understand it was a very hot time of year, so persianas in the windows to keep the home cooler in the summer or possible AC. Our host did proved us with extra fans for all the bedrooms. We had to sleep with windows open, so there were many mosquitoes.We had a small issue with a faucet that continued to turn on, we believe because of high water pressure. Also the toilet kept running. The caretaker’s tried to fix the issue in a timely manner. The home was rustic yet had all the essentials. The atmosphere was wonderful. The pool was always so clean. Fantastic relaxing AirBnB for our family of 7!

Cozy, clean and spacious, the owner is always active and present for any problem. If they were to force me to find a negative note, I can say that the Wi-Fi takes little.

Thank you to Edoardo for his courtesy and efficiency, always ready to help when requested. The apartment is exactly the one in the photos. Perfect for me who had to do some work waiting for my son to finish his sailing cruise. Quiet and fast connection even if with some , rare, instability. In this case, too, Edoardo immediately offered to change the router, which I did not consider necessary. Just one warning, you must have a means of transport because stores, bars and restaurants are a few kilometers away.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Amazing location and place in Ostia! Walkable to beach and train station. The terrace was wonderful for our family is 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful.

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Beyond fantastic! I made a big ask because I absolutely had to go into Rome for a work meeting, but had a dog with a recent injury who was scared to be alone. I was so stressed. Federica so generously offered to watch my dog and she was wonderful with him. I can't imagine anyone else having made me feel so at ease with leaving him. And bonus points, she took him on outings and had him wonderfully tired for our last night before the drive back to Le Marche. Thank you so much!!!

I stay in an oasis of peace within a golf club, the house is surrounded by nature. Comfortable, clean apartment with all services. The owners are always available. Absolutely recommended for both leisure and business trips.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

The house met our needs for family reunions very well. Everyone had their own space and privacy and we greatly enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet location and close to the sea. Danilo is a welcoming host and was available to answer our questions and concerns.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!
