Rosalia and her mom picked me up from the airport. I speak English, but Rosalia naf her mom were super helpful host and tried to communicate everything to me. The loft was better than the photos. I fell in love with it. It was clean and stocked with snacks! I would love to stay there again.

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Rosalba and Luce were very helpful and kind, they welcomed me so well that I felt like I was at home. Lots of beds and a large garden for the dog to play and the possibility of spending good moments outdoors. Highly recommended.

Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, the apartment had all we needed. The host had thought of everything and was incredibly helpful and responsive. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a much enjoyed surprise touch. Parking wasn't always available immediately outside but we easily parked in nearby bays and the cost was minimal. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Apartment matching the listing description. That was not described but that I found it absolutely appreciated and the highlight was the cleanliness and the complete provision of every comfort. In a small space, but absolutely suitable for a beach vacation, I have never found anything like it and I have been using apartments throughout Italy for 15 years. Everything you need is present: sheets, towels, soaps for the person and for the house, necessary for the kitchen, racks, pins, vacuum cleaners... I could continue but I would not have enough characters available to write, I only add disinfectant and patches, plugs and needle and wire. It would seem silly, but these details make a difference. The location is perfect, I didn't take the car for 14 days, everything you need is within walking distance. Finally, but not least, the availability of the host...Always reachable and responsive and kindly out of the ordinary.

A perfect host and a perfect place. Norma is charming, its people are cheerful and welcoming. Claudia’s place is the perfect place to enjoy the village. Definitely, I recommend.

Great support and communication from the host. She did a fantastic job with the place and was always available and checking on me if I needed anything. I would highly refer this property. In addition, it is in a perfect location with the best view of the lake.

Of course, not particularly beautiful and in an uninterrupted courtesy but , inside , beautifully designed . Great room . Great breakfast! Recommended !

Sonia’s place is a great option if you’re in a budget, very close to the train station.

Dominique's home is first and foremost spacious, which is no small feat for a beach house. The decor is comfortable and functional and the location is amazing. Dominique is a host very attentive to the needs of his clients, and he helped us with what could be an easy stay, because they lived there 3 over 80 years old (the house is perfect for the elderly, obviously self-sufficient, with its 2 bathrooms and spaces not cramped).

Enrica’s BnB exceeded my expectations. What I was expecting to just be a quick overnight on my travels turned into a wonderful stay in Artena. The apartment is clean and offers the necessary comforts. Enrica was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations of what to see and local cuisine to try in the old town. Plus, her BnB is high up and has beautiful views of the countryside.

We had a really good time, we left with slightly high expectations, from the description and photos, and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic location, in the middle of greenery but not too secluded, comfortable apartment with what you need, and even something more (tea and coffee available for guests). But what made the difference was especially the outdoor spaces, the garden, and the pool. Paolo and Julia were great hosts. Their dog Lia, polite and never intrusive, my daughter fell in love with it! We were so sorry to have to leave. We highly recommend it, we hope to have a chance to go back

Giorgio and Simonella were always available, always had an open ear and great tips for our excursions. If we had a wish, it was implemented in a timely manner. A very warm family. The use of the pool was possible at any time and we really appreciated it. We can only recommend staying with Giorgio. Also the breakfast offered was sufficient. We felt very comfortable.

Alessandra was a very nice host. She greeted us on the street and helped us find the house. The house was quite clean and cleaned every day. He answered our questions quickly. The location of the house is very convenient that the train station is at the bottom. But there is no transportation other than the train. You need to freeze back in the house early in the evening. Close to Rome but not much around the house. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away. Everything was perfect except for the location. Alessandra was a very sweet person. Kopek, his housemate, was also very friendly. The design of the house was very sweet and would meet all your needs.

Danila is a great host, friendly and kind. The house is clean and well furnished, it has a well-kept garden and a pool that on hot days is perfect for refreshing and relaxing. Great breakfast, homemade sweets, and fresh fresh eggs. Its location allows you to reach in a few minutes by car Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Ariccia and other countries along the Via dei Lakes.

Enjoyed my stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. The landscaping is splendid. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. Several choices for breakfast. The host is available and friendly. You need a car to visit the surroundings, several vineyards and Latina beach and Lake di Fogliano are must-sees. The room was a little small for all our suitcases, but we only stayed there 1 night. If I had stayed longer I would have taken a bigger one. The location was convenient for our flight scheduled the next morning (about 50 minutes' drive to the airport).

Fabio was a fantastic host—very responsive, super friendly and helpful with directions for the check-in. The apartment was in a perfect location right in the heart of Cori, and it was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!
