Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boederijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Vanuit de woonkamer kun je genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen. In de omgeving kun je wandelingen maken langs weilanden en molens. Het heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger. Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house. Guarantee of cleanliness and comfort for you. From 2022-23 nature park is the city beach promenade available only 3-4 minutes walk from the house.

A few minutes away you are on the Dam of Zaandam and with the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam around the corner, you can go all the way.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The city of Rotterdam, which is popular for tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax.

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
