Relax in the private sauna or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (seasonal, open daily in blocks of 2-3 hours by reservation) The swimming pool will be closed from September 15 due to the weather. Large supermarket with terrace and large playground right in front of the house. Cozy restaurants nearby. Freibad Alstätte is located 3 km (closed from 1 September). Breakfast is included.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Welcome to Villa Abbekerk! Built in 1875, this charming historic home has hosted notable figures such as South African President Paul Kruger and members of the Dutch royal family. Recently, I acquired this property, and I'm thrilled to open it to the public as a bed & breakfast! Villa Abbekerk offers spacious rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. Every morning, a fresh breakfast made from locally sourced ingredients is served in the breakfast room.

We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private garden, warm outdoor shower, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).
