Excellent, unique cottage. Perfectly placed for Nottingham or the Spire Lea Hospital (10 mins away) which we were visiting. Has everything you need, secluded, relaxed and a comfortable bed. Host communicative, entry is easy. All good.

truly a home from home it has every thing from airfryer to washing machine. Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Peaceful location, spotlessly clean, the kitchen has everything you need & the shower is powerful. Would happily stay again.

We had a really fantastic 2 wk stay! The apartment is totally separate & private with an upstairs/downstairs and a lovely outside space. It is not cluttered and has a perfect selection of things you need to be fully self sufficient. Pans, crockery, cutlery, small fridge, stove, toaster, kettle etc. Marco left us a change of sheets & towels as well since we stayed over 2 wks which was thoughtful. There is good heat if needed. TV. Shower pressure was excellent, water nice & hot. Marco and Patricia were friendly and very responsive but gave us privacy even though they were right next door, which was a perfect mix! The apartment is about a 40 minute walk to the center of Nottingham. There is a large Tesco about 20 mins walk down the hill (opposite direction to town) or a Tesco Express on the high street at the top of the road which is smaller but a lot closer to the apartment. What we liked best was walking on the trails in a small forest about 15 min walk away - lovely!! Excellent stay!!
