Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nerja

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Inside the property was extremely clean and we felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well layer out and easy to use. The views were even better than the photos. The outside area had everything you could want and the pool was very refreshing during the high heat. The journey there was made easier by Lourdes driving in front of us upon first arrival, after this, we felt comfortable to drive in and out on our own. Perfect hosts, perfect property. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Exceeded our expectations, value for money, great outside space and pool. The house had everything we needed, lots of useful equipment. Jose was so helpful ,even left some wine and Tapas, and other food on the first day. The house is 25 minutes from the beach and central Nerja, so maybe hard for older people, a young family or people with mobility issues and who do not transport, but was fine for us!

Great stay in a lovely house , brilliant location in the centre of Frigiliana with short distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. This was our second stay there. Antonio is a good host and the house has a lovely view over the Botancical garden with a view of the sea at Nerja to the left. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated in the heatwave. We didn't have a car but caught the Frigiliana bus down to Nerja and also went to Torrox for lunch and the beach. Had some lovely meals in Frigiliana. La Taperia on the left of the church, The Garden Restaurant, Restaurante Bar Virtudes which is halfway up the hill on the bus on the right with lovely views down the valley to the sea at Nerja. Also ate for the first time at Bar la Alegría del Barrio twice which is down the hill past the church. Ordered paella the day before and there was so much we couldn't eat it all. For people who love walking there is the ravine down the hill behind the chemist but very steep.

Armelle’s place was just as described and had everything you needed. The many stairs and levels merely added to its charm. Spent several evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine and watched the sun fade away. While the village can be busy during the day it soon quietens down towards evening as the day trippers and tours depart, then you feel like a local. There are enough shops to provide all your groceries, the good people of Frigiliana always willing to assist if needed. We look forward to returning one day.

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting! Enjoy the view from the pool every day. Anything you need is present. Robert was a very friendly host who responded quickly. The route to the cottage is challenging, but it's totally worth it :)

Francisco accompanied us to the accommodation on the day of arrival. The way to the accommodation is unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it. It's not a bad idea to rent an off-road car or SUV incl. Underbody protection in full coverage form, as the small remaining part of the road is unpaved and rocky. We had a Ford Kuga with front-wheel drive and this was definitely very good for the roads. But you can also get to the destination with a golf cart or similar. The place itself was as pictured - perfect. The kitchen was just as well equipped as at home. Even with larger meals to prepare, nothing was missing. Francisco was so nice and gave us some food and drinks and coffee on arrival. Francisco also gave us good tips for the area. The house itself is perfect, everything was in the best condition. The view of the beach and mountains is indescribably beautiful, it is quiet and undisturbed.

We had a wonderful stay in La Herradura. The house is beautiful, even more so than in the photos. Patricia was very flexible and kind, and the communication was great from day 1. The house and location quickly became a family favourite and I would love to return to this wonderful place. Thank you

Karliens villa is gorgeous, a great size for a small family. It’s located very close to Burriana beach, which has a great selection of restaurants and bars. The villa itself has a great sized pool and very generous outside terrace space. The kitchen was well equipped for our weeks stay and Karlien was very quick in getting back to us with any questions we had. The only thing I would state on here is walking to Nerja centre is slightly longer with a pram as you cannot walk the beach way. This would take 30 minutes which doesn’t bother us but maybe could be quite far for some without a car. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this well located, clean & homely apartment. It had everything we needed, the aircon worked perfectly in the bedrooms & there was a great fan in living room. It was a 10 minute walk to the old town & Balcon. Also very good supermarket & nice bars, restaurants very close by. Maria was a fantastic host, assisting with questions in advance & during our stay. Would love to return.

The place was beautiful. For me it was all about the view! It felt like being on a ship in a middle of the ocean especially during full moon! The apartment was immaculate! Caroline was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say 5 out of 5! You definitely need a car, which I believe it’s obvious - to the most of people who are visiting that part of the world. Don’t forget it’s an apartment complex, so you’ll have neighbors and their daily life. It can get windy as well, which is also obvious due to an elevation of the build and one thing you cannot do is to control the weather. But you can absolutely create your own experience. I would absolutely come back. Thank you both so much for sharing your space!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment - everything was extremely tasteful and furnished as in the photos and very clean! The kitchen was super equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking. Loungers and parasols for the beach were also available. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and the beach/village. It is important to remember that you need a rental car to explore the region, shop and also to get to the beach, as the way back to the apartment leads over a rather steep path. The communication with Robert was always very friendly and helpful and we highly recommend the apartment!

We stayed here for 4 nights, it is a beautiful apartment that looks just like the photos. It is very spacious and clean. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating with fast, informative communication. It’s in a great location, only 3 minutes from closest beach and 20 minutes from Burriana beach (the main beach). Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, with plenty of choice. Also, around a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and would highly recommend this accommodation !

Mandy and Markus’s place is amazing — modern, comfortable, with a stunning view and an incredible pool. The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing. On top of that, the hosts are just fantastic. They are extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with great advice and local tips. We had a wonderful time !

The apartment is lovely and in a great location. The private beach access really made and the spacious balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Maria and Olga were helpful and responsive. We had a great, relaxing holiday and would definitely come backin the future.

A rare fine and absolutely perfect in every way. Paloma is a wonderful host and the accommodation was absolutely pristine and perfect. Exceptionally clean and very well kitted out with everything you need for a perfect stay. Beautifully located in the heart of Nerja with plenty places to stroll. Many great bars and restaurants locally. This property is true to the description with a stunning huge top terrace with fabulous sea views and another small terrace overlook the street. perfect in every way and could not recommend it highly enough. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, functional and tastefully decorated. Of course, we particularly enjoyed the incomparable sea view from the large terrace. We were even able to observe many dolphins on several days. Particularly noteworthy is the great amenities of the apartment, great kitchen, jacuzzi, grill, and in the playroom, sups, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. Everything you need on vacation was available and everything in the best quality and with great instruction and therefore easy to use. The communication with Fredrik and Camilla was perfect, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Jan's apartment was very comfy, clean, well appointed and with great views looking over Nerja and out to sea. It felt like staying at somebody's personal place through all the charming details, tasteful furniture and fittings. If you have the weather there are also great outdoor terrace areas with seating and even a barbecue. A car is helpful and parking is fine. Also a taxi back from the town centre is very affordable so you can all relax and have a drink if that suits. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jan (who also communicates very well).

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! The stay at Rachel's place in Nerja was so great! The location right on the beach is so easy (especially for families) and beautiful. The location is busy during the day because of the beach but quiet and peaceful at night. Everything you could need is right at your fingertips. including great restaurants and chiringuitos. The apartment is a little one the older side but it is very clean and everything functions well and is comfortable. I highly recommend and am already planning to return. Great place, great host.

Central location which was handy for restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean, tidy and private. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Veronica's apartment was in a great location, we were very lucky with free parking virtually right outside, for the entire stay. The apartment was entirely as described, super bright and airy with great balcony and full bifold doors to open up the great experience. Main old town was an easy 5-10min walk but plenty of restaurants and bars much closer. Choices of numerous beaches all within walking distance, folding beach chairs and sun parasol(s) were also left in the apartment to use. Many supermarkets all close by with larger ones like Mercadona and MAS within easy walk. Frigiliana is a must visit and buses were super easy €1.3 each way and bus stop 15min walk. We would without hesitation recommended Veronica's place, she was super helpful and responsive on any questions, everything was as described and all very easy. Many thanks again!

The apartment is in a great location, very clean and even better than advertised. Stunning views from the balcony…I loved sitting there in the morning and an evening, taking in the scenery & enjoying the coming and goings. The apartment is easy to find, and I must thank Bruno for such a warm welcome on arrival. Really hope to stay again…and cannot recommend the apartment highly enough. All positive…nothing negative

We had a wonderful time at Sandra’s place. The garden is lovely, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Very well equipped. Sandra gave us lots of great tips on places to visit and restaurants. I highly recommend it! 🥰
