Lovely house with private pool in Burriana!

Welcome! This villa is located in the popular area of Burriana in Nerja, just 700 meters from the beach. "Pueblo Jerez", as the house is called, offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool and a view of a green area and beautiful mountains. The towncenter and Balcon de Europa are 1.8 km away and has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is a Weber charcoal grill to use. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed. The accommodation consists of two apartments, the larger of which is on two floors. The lower floor includes a kitchen, an open-plan living room and a terrace with a view of the green area. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. There is also a fireplace and Smart TV. On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed, an "en suite" bathroom and terrace with a view. The smaller apartment is just as well equipped, although everything is on the same floor. Kitchen and living room in one with a terrace facing the green area outside. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. Here is also a fireplace and Smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed and an "en suite" bathroom. Casa La Botica

Nice house in the heart of Frigiliana. The house has three floors, the middle one has the kitchen, living room plus living room and a small bathroom. On the ground there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small space with a single bed, the other floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

A scenic outdoor terrace offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The space features a dining table with chairs, a lounge area, and a shaded section under a straw canopy. A small palm plant and various decorative items enhance the tranquil atmosphere.

The new renovated ancient house is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets near the panaroma point of the village. The house offers a spacious living with sofa and chair. From here you go the to sleepingroom with a 4 poster bed (160*200). In the well equiped kichten you find the dining table. The bathroom with walk- in shower, toilet and sinck. The garden with private pool (May 2025) and roofterrace offers amazing seevieuws. BBQ, dining table and loungechairs.

Villa Colina del Mar is divided into 2 apartments in a large villa. Hang out together around the pool or sunbathe on your own private terrace. The villa is only 4 minutes from the beach on foot. Location is amazing due to the panoramic views, the spaces, the privacy and the sun of course! It is close enough to the city center for evenings outside but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course fast wifi with good coverage throughout.
