Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nerja

Exceeded our expectations, value for money, great outside space and pool. The house had everything we needed, lots of useful equipment. Jose was so helpful ,even left some wine and Tapas, and other food on the first day. The house is 25 minutes from the beach and central Nerja, so maybe hard for older people, a young family or people with mobility issues and who do not transport, but was fine for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Inside the property was extremely clean and we felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well layer out and easy to use. The views were even better than the photos. The outside area had everything you could want and the pool was very refreshing during the high heat. The journey there was made easier by Lourdes driving in front of us upon first arrival, after this, we felt comfortable to drive in and out on our own. Perfect hosts, perfect property. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

A beautiful apartment. All the comforts. Nearby a great supermarket (where really everything was for sale), butchers, bakers, shops, restaurants etc. Stunning views over the sea. From the apartment, you can reach the beach and boulevard in no time. We enjoyed it!

Armelle’s place was just as described and had everything you needed. The many stairs and levels merely added to its charm. Spent several evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine and watched the sun fade away. While the village can be busy during the day it soon quietens down towards evening as the day trippers and tours depart, then you feel like a local. There are enough shops to provide all your groceries, the good people of Frigiliana always willing to assist if needed. We look forward to returning one day.

Absolutely loved our stay at Residence La Ola. Our host Michel was so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The property is exactly as described and more. The property was super spacious for us ( a family of 5 adults and a four year old) with every you will need for a fab stay. It was immaculately clean and comfortable with super impressive aircon keeping the property really comfortable. The pool was a huge highlight for us and we spent hours each day in the pool relaxing and having fun. I can't wait to come back already The location is close to beaches, restaurants and bars but the area of the property is quiet and peaceful in walking distance to local supermarkets also. Don't hesitate to book this property for an amazing stay in Nerja.

Francisco accompanied us to the accommodation on the day of arrival. The way to the accommodation is unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it. It's not a bad idea to rent an off-road car or SUV incl. Underbody protection in full coverage form, as the small remaining part of the road is unpaved and rocky. We had a Ford Kuga with front-wheel drive and this was definitely very good for the roads. But you can also get to the destination with a golf cart or similar. The place itself was as pictured - perfect. The kitchen was just as well equipped as at home. Even with larger meals to prepare, nothing was missing. Francisco was so nice and gave us some food and drinks and coffee on arrival. Francisco also gave us good tips for the area. The house itself is perfect, everything was in the best condition. The view of the beach and mountains is indescribably beautiful, it is quiet and undisturbed.

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed with lovely hosts who communicate really well and go out of their way to accommodate any requests ! I would 100% rebook and would 100% recommend to anyone ! Thanks so much

Ana and her husband were attentive and present at all times. The apartment is beautiful and has everything to make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable. the kitchen and utensils are impeccable the unbeatable location a few steps from the beach in a very quiet area but close to everything. they welcomed us with a dessert. I would choose them again without thinking

Very responsive host and well stocked apartment. Slightly noisy from Mopeds in the main bedroom but nothing preventing sleep.

The green environment is very pleasant , you can spend hours relaxing at the pool on the lawn. The sea is 10-15 min by walk. The accommodation is super equipped even with small umbrellas and beach chairs. Everything is there 👌

The house is beautiful, it’s tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, and the views over Nerja and Torrox are stunning. You can sit up in bed and look out over the ocean in the morning, and watch the moonlight of an evening in complete peace. Lots of really helpful info and recommendations. The Casa Joya app was incredibly helpful and we used it to find everything we needed. Throughout our stay Lisa was friendly and attentive and we couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant host!! We did not hire a car and got about on the buses and by walking along the beach into Nerja. The beach is on your doorstep and it was calm with lots of Spanish people enjoying the sun. If you prefer the pool the communal area is spotlessly clean and peaceful, we loved it. I would return to Casa Joya and Nerja in a heartbeat. The place was beautiful. For me it was all about the view! It felt like being on a ship in a middle of the ocean especially during full moon! The apartment was immaculate! Caroline was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say 5 out of 5! You definitely need a car, which I believe it’s obvious - to the most of people who are visiting that part of the world. Don’t forget it’s an apartment complex, so you’ll have neighbors and their daily life. It can get windy as well, which is also obvious due to an elevation of the build and one thing you cannot do is to control the weather. But you can absolutely create your own experience. I would absolutely come back. Thank you both so much for sharing your space!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment - everything was extremely tasteful and furnished as in the photos and very clean! The kitchen was super equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking. Loungers and parasols for the beach were also available. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and the beach/village. It is important to remember that you need a rental car to explore the region, shop and also to get to the beach, as the way back to the apartment leads over a rather steep path. The communication with Robert was always very friendly and helpful and we highly recommend the apartment!

Highly recommended! Spectacular location, comfortable spaces, 2 bathrooms, all the details taken care of, a wonderful place to share with friends or family, the host is super friendly at all times with quick and friendly responses.

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, functional and tastefully decorated. Of course, we particularly enjoyed the incomparable sea view from the large terrace. We were even able to observe many dolphins on several days. Particularly noteworthy is the great amenities of the apartment, great kitchen, jacuzzi, grill, and in the playroom, sups, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. Everything you need on vacation was available and everything in the best quality and with great instruction and therefore easy to use. The communication with Fredrik and Camilla was perfect, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Jan's apartment was very comfy, clean, well appointed and with great views looking over Nerja and out to sea. It felt like staying at somebody's personal place through all the charming details, tasteful furniture and fittings. If you have the weather there are also great outdoor terrace areas with seating and even a barbecue. A car is helpful and parking is fine. Also a taxi back from the town centre is very affordable so you can all relax and have a drink if that suits. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jan (who also communicates very well).

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! The stay at Rachel's place in Nerja was so great! The location right on the beach is so easy (especially for families) and beautiful. The location is busy during the day because of the beach but quiet and peaceful at night. Everything you could need is right at your fingertips. including great restaurants and chiringuitos. The apartment is a little one the older side but it is very clean and everything functions well and is comfortable. I highly recommend and am already planning to return. Great place, great host.

Central location which was handy for restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean, tidy and private. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

This place was a real experience. Manuel is a really great and reliable host. The apartment is well located. We were very pleased with the grill on the terrace. I can only recommend this place.

We stayed at Pedro’s flat due to a family gathering, our stay was only for four nights but could easily have stayed longer. Lovely flat, everything we needed was provided. Pedro is a great host, responded very quickly and was very helpful at check in. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our short stay, would definitely book again.
