A piscina possuí iluminação e pode ser aquecida até 34°. A área da churrasqueira tem uma cervejeira, cooktop e um banheiro completo. A lavanderia é ampla com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar. A casa inteira é climatizada, tem wifi de fibra e fica a 150m da praia em um condomínio fechado com câmeras e vigia 24h.

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

To get to the beach, you can walk along a 30-meter trail that intersperses ramps and steps, and in 5 minutes you'll arrive at the beach, or you can also get there by car in 3 minutes. We have beach chairs available for guests and the beach has a volleyball court and beach tennis.
