Jessica from the outset was very kind and requests. The loft is small and cozy, just like the listing. The location of the condominium is close to the road that gives access to the various beaches of Ubatuba and is close to several shops. To improve, you still accepted our medium-sized dog (which is a little hard to find places you accept here in the rs app). I highly recommend!

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay. The place is just like the photos, everything is super new and clean. Katia was sensational, the city was in chaos because of the holiday, and she was extremely necessary for us to enjoy it. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out, super nice, I highly recommend her space.

The house is a grace, charming and in the midst of nature, for those looking for something to rest is well indicated. I went to a wedding on the papillon, it's close, a good option but you need to go by car because the return is very steep. To get to the house has a sharp ascent on a narrow and bend road, I don't believe all drivers feel safe in performing

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Extremely clean location, walled house which was great for me as I took my dogs and the yard was very large. Vanessa was a great host, she answered all questions very quickly. Well-equipped kitchen with equipment working perfectly well. Super recommend it, I'll be back for sure.

The house is nice with a nice backyard for pets. On the back a very good barbecue grill and table. It was a very good stay. Leandro was very kind and responded quickly.

The stay was wonderful. The house is even better than in the photos. It has a list view of the sea. In addition, the house has two bathrooms, which is a high point to share the space with more people. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare meals. The stay is simple, corresponding to the advertised, and is an excellent value for money. Olivia is very friendly and requests, as is the homemade Josefa. We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well cared for, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

I think it was the best house I've ever rented. My experience with Mariana and Rafael's apartment was excellent, the app does not give this option but I would give 10 stars without a doubt. The apartment description is exactly what we found when we arrived. It's a treat for the guests, don't tell anyone or you'll lose the magic, lol. And I had the privilege of meeting them in person. We will definitely go back, I highly recommend.

Great place by the beach has everything you need inside the apt even beyond what you expect. we only miss mattress in place of the couches could be mattress! but nothing that gets in the way rest was really nice! served very well I felt at home! we didn't miss anything! i recommend it.
