Awesome place - great for my big group of 15. Games in the basement were super fun and there was a ton of space for everyone!

The house had a lot of space for our five adults and two little children, so we could give the kids space to play and sleep without being disturbed. The location was close to downtown and easy to get to. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would stay here again.

We had an EXCELLENT time at Marianne's home in Batavia. The home was outfitted with everything that we required and then some. The place is even bigger than it appeared in the listings. There were sectional sofas both upstairs and in the basement that we didn't recall from the listing that provided even more sitting room with family. The property is so beautiful. We had such a wonderful time watching the horses play in the pastures directly out the window. Can't recommend these hosts or their property enough! Thanks again for a wonderful home away from home this holiday season.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet for the location. Very clean and well kept house. The Shop next door was relatively quiet, did spook our pup a couple times while being outside. Didn’t bother me or my wife and dog at all while inside the house. We will gladly stay again at this location. Thank you again alex, you are a great host!

Dawn’s house was great. My family traveled to town and the space was what we expected. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. Dawn was very responsive with anything we needed.

Blesson was a pleasure to meet. He was very easy to talk to and accommodating for us. The unit itself was very clean. Staying in the basement suite was not a problem. Basically it felt like an in-law apartment. The neighborhood is very nice. We have family that lives there and I am very familiar with it. It is very appealing and very safe. We were comfortable with our stay. We would stay there again if our situation needed.

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

Stayed here for my girls trip and it was a super convenient location! It was our first time visiting Chicago, and it was perfect. Had the most beautiful view we loved the private patio. Beds were all comfy and the hosts were extremely communicative the entire stay. Would definitely stay again!

Nice house with updates. We used all four bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. Kitchen and living room looked nice, but a bit cozy if everyone was in the space at the same time. There was a large breakfast nook/counter in the kitchen instead of a table. More dishes, mugs, etc. in the kitchen would have been nice. The coffee maker and provided K-cups were great! Would definitely stay again if it's available when we are in the area again.

⸻ Absolutely stunning stay! The penthouse was even more beautiful in person — spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with incredible views of the city. Every detail was considered, from the comfortable beds to the high-end finishes and fully stocked kitchen. Check-in was seamless, and the host was communicative and helpful the entire time. Easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as shown in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had some minor issues with the digital locks, but the host was always very quick and helpful in resolving them. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d definitely recommend it!

Spectacular views! Our reactions on arrival were priceless. The entire group of 7 friends had an outstanding stay at this penthouse. We were all comfortable with the accommodations, made good use of the kitchen for breakfasts, and enjoyed the pool and gym to start the day. And location, location, location. This area is very walkable and there's no shortage of good restaurants and things to do. Last and most importantly - Nathan and Jake were excellent hosts. They were very responsive throughout the whole process and made us feel right at home. I'm certainly going to keep this property in mind for future Chicago visits.

This is an outstanding property. Located across the street from a pond and meadow and an easy walk to Target, this is a peaceful and convenient location. The property has the prettiest decor I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Consistent, stylish, cozy, bright aesthetic. Fully updated house, with everything expertly coordinated, from the art to the plumbing fixtures to the toaster. Great deck with a fenced yard. Friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend!

Woke up to a beautiful sunrise and ended the day with an equally stunning sunset. Absolutely loved the views here! The hosts were incredibly accommodating—thank you so much. I truly love your home!

Easy and clear instructions upon check in, space was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a brand new fridge, a toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave that really came in handy, they also had new utensils/plates/cups that we were able to use. Our host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay, and was available to answer our questions/requests. Very happy we found this place, I slept in the room facing the back (parking lot) so my only recommendation is if you’re a light sleeper, to bring earbuds, but that had nothing to do with the rental itself and more of a personal preference. Also they had brand new towels for us!!
