A true hidden gem in Alishan, nestled beside a quaint railway station. The accommodation is well-designed, cozy, and solo-traveller friendly, with a beautiful forest view and modern touches like a heated bathroom and smart tv. The host, Nick, is incredibly warm and welcoming, both breakfast and dinner were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. I especially loved the freshly brewed coffee. On a cold and misty day in Alishan, staying here felt especially comforting and healing. It’s a place that warms both the body and the soul.

loved David and his parents place! they were extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful in making sure I arrived safely, figuring bus schedules, and making sure I was well fed! their place is also super close to eryanping trail for sunset and a very close sunrise viewing spot which was really convenient and scenic. the food they served for breakfast and the tea they shared with me made me feel right at home and was some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced! I would definitely recommend and/or come back again!
