My auntie was a noted “Shamisen” guitar player and she appeared in many movies and TV dramas. Now her home and its rooms, where she practiced her “Shamisen”, have been converted for a comfortable stay.

Just 5 minutes by walk from subway Imadegawa station. You can stay like you live in Kyoto. We have wooden bath with small garden view. There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with Japanese traditional style garden "Karesansui "garden view. This house is barrier free. There are distance between Tatami room and wood floor but we can prepare bed at wood floor so I think it is no problem. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Government license. Our house is compact, but it 's a clean and new house. First floor is a living room with kitchen and bath room, separate toilet room with wash shower. On the second floor, there are two traditional Japanese Tatami bed rooms. Clean towels and sheets are provided. Hair dryer is placed. Guests can cook in our house by using everything in our house. Every room is airconditioned even in the bathroom. Also humidifier is prepared in winter time. You can use a whole house.

My house is located close to the public transportation hub train station JR Nijo, subway and sight spot Nijo castle. It is suitable for young couples, families with children and older people to stay here for tourism. It is easy to take a bus from JR train Kyoto station for 20 minutes to get here. It takes around 10 minutes to Nijo castle by walking. The sight spots Arashiyama and the temple Kinkakuji are also close to the house. It is located in central city Kyoto.
