New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Suitable as a base for, e.g. business people, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. 5 min from the highway and close to scenic area (Gisselfeldt Castle/Park - Bregentved Parken/Castle. (½ hour drive from BonBon land). Non-smoking house. No pets. Internet 15Mbit/sec. Guests not allowed.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.
