Ivan is a wonderful host. It is clearly not easy to travel to or around Ukraine and present and he was responsive to all of our questions which went far beyond the usual questions one might have of a host! If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Odesa, whether as a break from the city or as an out of town base from which to commute, this is excellent.

Many thanks to Irina for her hospitality! Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Nice stylish place. New and clean. Nice view from house territory, but you need to walk to the beach about 5-7 minutes. Recommended if you want to stay outside the city in quiet place. On the territory are other apartments. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Very cozy and clean apartment! Convenient location, within walking distance of one of the large markets of Odessa (Kievsky). It is convenient to get to the clean beach of Odessa. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for life. Personally, I felt like I was home. Very responsive and friendly Irina will answer any questions 🫶🏻 I am very glad that I found this apartment, I often come to Odessa on a business trip, and I intend to stay only at Irina's place. Thanks for the hospitality 🤗 My best recommendations.

Loved staying at Andrei’s place in Odesa. It was super central, hidden in a quiet inner courtyard and had all the things you need for a restful stay. Andrei was welcoming, friendly and very helpful during my stay. A definite recommendation!

Very pleasant experience. Clean, tidy, pleasant owner, good communication. Nearby there is a coffee shop, close to the sea. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright with a balcony. With a gorgeous sea view. The main beach clubs and disco of Ibiza and Itaka are 7-8 minutes by foot. Pavel is a very responsible owner, he sent detailed instructions with a photo of how to get there. It turned out to be possible to make a late check-out without additional payment. When needed, he quickly got in touch and gave good advice. I liked everything!

The location is very convenient to the sea, Arcadia and various entertainment. The territory of the complex is closed, there is a guarded parking. The apartment matches the photos. Recommended.

We had an amazing stay! There were two of us, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and spotless — even better than we expected. Everything was perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. Communication was excellent, and we felt truly taken care of. A special thank you to our wonderful host, Julia — she was kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
