Our two-level apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is no elevator) in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Odessa - two blocks from Deribasovskaya, a few blocks from the sea and a 10-minute walk from Odessa Privoz. At your disposal there is a full-equipped kitchen studio with a comfortable sofa on the first floor, and on the second floor- a large sleeping-living room with a panoramic window and access to a wonderful green terrace from where you can admire the sunset. Recently, eco-loft repairs have been carried out using wood and environmentally friendly materials.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Odessa!

The apartment is located in the historical center of Odessa, in the courtyard of a beautiful house, in Vorontsovsky lane. Around the corner is the monument to Duke de Richelieu and the Potemkin Stairs. The Opera House and everything else is nearby. Shady parks (Greek and Istanbul), Primorsky Boulevard and the sea are nearby. The location is perfect for exploring Odessa. In the morning, you can meet the sunrise right on the Potemkin Stairs, and then take a run along the Primorsky Boulevard.
