A small house in a country village in the vicinity of 411 battery. To the sea (Kovalevsky's Dacha) 1.5 km through a shady oak grove. The total area of the house is about 22 m2, the rooms are about 14 m2. Ceilings are about 2 meters high. Toilet with shower and electric boiler. Closed yard with room for a car. Private cottage for 2 person Made to a hotel room with a toilet with a shower ,as well as a small kitchen with a refrigerator , electric stove ,electric kettle and washing machine. In the yard in front of the front door there is a table with two chairs under a large umbrella. This is a private sector , so we have a lot of flowers and trees.
