Large terrace with dining area, barbecue and two relaxation chairs. Completely newly built kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed with room for two. Bedlinen and towels are included. (Not weekends before Midsummer). Cleaning is done by tenant.

Small but well planned appartment perfect for two people. Just one room but it is devided in two parts. One with a big bed 140 cm wide, a smartTV, and some storage and readinglamps. The other part is a kitchen with one small inductionplatter, a coffebrewer, a kettle, a fridge and a sink. Everything for normal cooking such as cuttlery, pan and potts, plates, knifes, glass all sorts etc etc. Yoy may also use a big fryingpan made for outdoor use on your balcony. Big bathroom with toilet, shower.

Please note that we have an interior design shop and cafe on top of the apartment and in the garden so customers are close by. The apartment has a staircase down to the entrance. Ni finner Sveriges västkustpärlor, Smögen, Hunnebostrand med bara en biltur på ca 40 min. shoppingcentret Torp, tar ni er med bilen på 10 min. Här finns de möjlighet att fiska i gullmarn. Idyll by the sea by boat!

Summer idyll but secluded location right by the sea! Enjoy the undisturbed view and sun from morning till night. Take the stairs down to the beach and jump into the water from the jetty. Boat is included in the rent for the opportunity to embark on a tour or try the fishing luck. The cottage is not accessible and the parking space is above the hill to the cottage. Departure cleaning is included in the price!
