It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

A modernised compact bungalow updated throughout offering comfortable space for a couple or two sharing, there is a smaller second bedroom with sofa bed. There is a large modern walk-in shower and comfortable kitchen lounge / living space. There is easy and safe parking directly opposite the property. Very close to the Welsh Coastal paths offering a unique access point some short distance away to allow fabulous walks to the nearby Langland Bay with its wonderful views and eating places.

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table with four chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.
