Vacation rentals with a patio in Mulberry River

We felt right at home when we walked in. It was clean and fresh and so comfy!!! We would definitely stay here again. The bed was comfortable too, I always worry about that when staying at air b&b’s. I’d definitely stay here again.

Natalie was a wonderful host! Her place is darling and she had wonderful amenities. It is a great location too! Highly recommend!

Love the place and it was really peaceful. Will definitely staying there our next trip to the ozarks.

My time at Peiting was exactly as I had hoped. A super cozy, very clean accommodation, with everything you need. Exactly as I imagined. Host Peiting is very quick to respond, and you feel very well looked after. There was a minor problem during my stay, which Peiting immediately fixed the same day. perfect! Beautiful and secluded private apartment unit at the back of the main house. Is just so incredibly peaceful there. The rooms were good sized and there was plenty to read, play, and watch from within the space. It would be good to get an updated picture of the kitchenette to include the microwave. We got in kind of late and weren't sure if we could heat up food based on the photos at the time of booking.

The Perch was an amazing place and the location was great. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

The bed was so comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The décor was high-end but still welcoming. The Kurieg with the hot chocolate, for me, who doesn't drink coffee, was appreciated. I world definitely stay again if I were in the area. The neighborhood seemed well maintained.

Me and my family had an amazing trip , and i would definitely stay again!! So clean and bug and beautiful place to stay. Host is always quick and responsive, definitely my favorite place Ive visited so far and the pool was amazing my family also enjoyed the tv/game room. 😊

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood is older homes, but very clean and well kept. The next door neighbors were pleasant and friendly. We very much loved the highly secured backyard where our grandchildren could play. Our group of six adults and four children was very well accommodated in this home. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. A great big Texas style “yeehaw” to Perry and team for a job well done! Nice place to stay and great host. Not sure why the cleanup fee is so high if we are required to do laundry though. That always rubs me the wrong way as a guest. But it seems like it’s pretty common with a lot of Airbnb places.

We had a great stay during our visit! James was very communicative and made the check-in process very easy. The place was nice and clean in a good location with plenty of restaurant options. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

My mom and I had a wonderful time at David’s place. The decor was phenomenal and soaking in the hot tub after a long drive was amazing. I’m excited to stay at one of his other Airbnbs in the future.

It was clean and well organized! Thankful for a place like this to stay for a few evenings while passing through.

Absolutely loved this place. Close to everything and very clean. Very quiet at night and comfortable beds. The condo is on a dead end street, which makes little to no traffic. The only slight negative thing I could possibly say, would be the train that runs close by. It didn’t bother me after I got use to the sound. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed the location and the convenience to campus. The home is decorated nicely and was very clean. The beds are super comfortable with memory foam mattresses and nice linens. The only category I didn’t give was the price. But all rentals are over priced in Fayetteville especially for graduation weekends. I would stay here again!

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

This was a great space! It was charming, quaint, and super convenient to campus. The outdoor deck/ balcony was a bonus! Plenty of space to relax with a treehouse feel. Everything was better than I expected. It’s a 10!
